Kaitlin, Kenzie, and Jasmine have been providing me excellent service for renter's insurance for four years now over the phone...wonderful to work with, and always quick and competent to meet my needs, but I had never met them in person. Fabian was prompt and efficient in getting me renter's and auto quotes. He was very friendly and did not mind giving me various quotes for different deductibles so we could save money but also feel good about the amount of coverage we needed. More importantly, he took the time to talk to me, unlike many other agents I called, who just gave me quotes by email. Highly recommend this agency.

When working with Kaitlin this has been a complete mess. I moved from SF to Atlanta and reached out to her and her team to understand how my items in my move were covered. Her team said that my items were covered under my renters insurance, but after some unfortunate events during my move and the movers never delivering a few of my items, Kaitlin and her team then told me that none of my items were covered. Extremely poor service and understanding of the policies.

Have to applaud good service in the Atlanta area: Kaitlin Ponce and her staff members, Chelcie and Brittany, provided great service while demonstrating fantastic and thorough product knowledge with great communication skills. If you're shopping for insurance, I recommend obtaining quotes from her agency. If the quotes from various companies are close in costs and benefits, I recommend going with Kaitlin's agency! You can't go wrong and I can't say enough good things about them.

Kaitlin Ponce - State Farm is the absolute best agency out there. Kaitlin is smart, attentive, and always puts the customer first. For the longest time I only had car insurance but now have a Roth IRA, IRA, and a savings/mutual fund plan.
