My girl Bri is amazing and is the only reason why I
come here. but the customer service outside of her is annoying and non existent. also how they give you a 15% your next service as an apology for
their terrible customer service but only apply it to
your least amounted add on service and not the full service doesn’t make any sense and not logical at all. The front desk Asia or whatever her name is, customer service is not there. I will not be coming back. I been here three times and each time there’s been an issue with their customer service. however Bri is the sweetest and the most amazing

Definitely not going back; I'm I went there about a week ago and got my nails and toes done, they did a wonderful job and I was set on making them my permanent salon even though they're over an hour away from my house. One of my nails broke so I called to set up an appointment in order to get it fixed and they told me to come in around four. I drove all the way out there only for them to tell me that people scheduled appointments and they won't be able to fix my one nail, single color might I add. I paid over $250 for my services tip included& It would've taken 10 minutes

I’ve used this salon various times, I’ve noticed they’re not very experienced with what they do but they were sweet and genuine so I decided to keep going. I would get pedicures, and I tried to get lashes done but the lash tech cancelled last minute which is fine but I decided to stick to pedicures. I finally decided to try and get a manicure, I only used regular polish because I was told the nail tech had a full schedule and I didn’t want to put her behind on other clients. I went last Saturday (10/08/2021) and my nail polish is turning brown and chipping. I don’t do anything at work

I paid $50 to walk out without the pedicure I asked for. I wanted a simple pedi with French tip, was even willing to pay more for acrylics just for it to be done correctly but, the lady performing my pedicure said she couldn’t do that on my toes. I spoke with other professionals after my service and told me it was very much doable.

Good service, but not good enough 😕 The girl who gave me the pedicure, is very charismatic, but she is not a professional in pedicure, she does not know how to do a pedicure, she is more for hair and they also charge $ 15 to remove shellac apart from the pedicure

I was very excited about this place that maybe I finally found a nail spot. My first visit I had an appointment at 3 and I got there on time. However it was more than an hour before they started my nails. I booked an appointment for 2 weeks it was today a Monday I was going in. I tried to call yesterday because I would be 30 min late but they were closed. So I called this morning they didn't open till 10. It's 10:30 right now and they said they won't take me at 11:30 and will take my deposit. I just thought it was rude.

Daphne is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She is amazing at color. She gave me a full head of highlights with her custom toners for my head. She is so sweet and loving! I recommend everyone to go to daphne! I got two complementary alcoholic drinks! The music in the salon also made everything so enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Hey Business owner, instead of calling someone a liar, a good apology would be nice. You seem very stuck up, and that won't let you go far. Goodbye, and NO sweety I'm not confused. I most definitely did get my nails done here.

Nails PEELED OFF after 3 days. Called to have them fixed and was denied saying there's nothing they could do. I paid $90+ tip for medium size set, with no design no nothing. Very over priced ! Don't come here ! Listen to the bad reviews, but if you do wanna try it yourself , be warned it'll go to waste. This review is for NAILS. Not pedicures.

Very expensive the service I got was average and not worth the price they ask for. I went in for a gel pedi- it was 30 dollars in the menu, but when I was gonna pay they added 15 for gel and 15 dollars to "soak off" my previous pedicure. That's 60 for a gel pedicure. Outrageous and I will not be back. The manager was nice about it and gave me a discount.

I booked an appt for a mani and full set pedi. The place was empty literally everyone standing around. The guy who booked the appt never told me I had two slots and had missed my first appt. They would not accommodate even tho not a single customer was there. Their loss, I was looking for a long term place....Staff have no customer service skills. Will never return!! And bryseyda this is the reason you have no serious clients because of your unprofessional and ignorant response. Glad I took my business elsewhere, your loss not mine!

Scheduled my daughter in for a much needed haircut, I was running late so I called in to try to reschedule however Maribel was very kind to still have us come in.This place is very customer service friendly not only was I kindly greated as soon as we walked in but my daughter was as well and even offered apple juice as we waited to be seated. Maribel was very patient, professional,knowledgeable, & caring she made sure to ask what we were looking for she's very detailed and kid friendly person, the place is very clean and front desk staff is also very friendly

I have officially found a place that I will be going to moving forward.
I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and Maribel did an amazing job. I'm usually very particular about who does my eyebrows because they're very light and people usually mess them up. Maribel however did great, very nice and took her time. Definitely recommended Maribel to my family.

Let's start off by saying the establishment looks amazing, & was greeted by wonderful staff that made me feel welcomed an you have to sign a covid agreement. I picked the Jelly Delight Pedi an it was amazing. A drink menu was also available which where non alcoholic or alcoholic while getting your feet done. With the jelly delight you receive a 10 min massage & a paraffin wax which includes (jelly soak, moisturizing mask & lotion massage). I finished off with a clear coat for that shine lol. After I posted my review last week the owner herself reached out to me and told me to go back to get my nails redone at no charge. So today I went back to get a new full set done. Cherry did my nails again and apologized for the nails that didn't work out. I told her what the issues were so she wouldn't be caught off guard. I let it be known I was not happy previously. Today Cherry tried her best to give me a design I was inspired by so see below. Overall they redeemed themselves with me so I will revise my previous review.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience. Salon was clean, staff was friendly and nail techs did an amazing job. Yaya took her time on my nails and pedicure, you can tell she loves what she does. Cherry did my husbands pedicure, he loved it.
Stephanie, the manager was great and attentive as well.
The pedicures are seriously one of a kind, using handmade bath bombs with the cutest designs. All of the products they use are high quality, handmade and natural.

I keep getting compliments on my nails! I went to get my nails done at Unfold and I loved the experience! When you walk in your are in a princess butterfly fairytale. I liked that the color selection is not huge (it can be overwhelming tbh). Unfold has the colors that are hot and trendy, so it's easier to pick a color! I got a gold modern French with Alexia and she was really sweet. She took her time to remove my old acrylic set and never nicked me with the drill. I was offered champagne while I waited for the acrylic to melt and the other staff members checked on my periodically to make sure

I'm not a long review person AT ALL but this being a new salon, I had to share my experience .Made an appointment for 3pm for a milk and honey pedicure with shallac with Meribel. Got there 2:57pm and was promted to sit and to pick a color . The ambiance is very pretty and the music selection is very much instyle . Was given a mango mimosa which was delicious and they do offer more complimentary drink options for their guests which I appreciated (but In all honestly I'm not paying $60 for how pretty the salon is or because I got free drinks , it's about the quality of the service

I went to the soft opening to get a Keratin smoothing treatment with Telma who is beyond a sweet heart. Unfold is an absolute dream come true. Not only is it super cute it is also very clean, which definitely gives you a peace of mind during these days of COVID. They gave me two water bottles and still asked if I wanted another one, they're so attentive to all of your needs and you can feel how everything at Unfold was thought throughly! Give yourself a chance to experience this beautiful place!

I found my new go to beauty bar! I visited Unfold on my birthday and was very impressed with the service and atmosphere, the salon itself is just beautiful. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door and offer you complimentary drinks. Everyone is so nice and professional. They have many options to choose from.. I got the “Pamper Me” beautifly package. I loved being able to build my own (bath bomb, scrub and lotion) pedicure. Loved the music that was playing, I definitely felt relaxed. Will now be a reoccurring customer for sure!
