For every completed transaction with Concept Z, $100 is donated by our agents to our Giving Fund. When the Giving Fund reaches $1000, a Concept Z agent's name is drawn to donate to the charity or cause of their choosing. Genie helped me put a price on the house, the bank assessed it at that same price. The buyer was found and made an offer within 2 days.
