I would give Lynette Cattaneo zero stars if it were an option. Unbelievably difficult to work with. Do not recommend using her, stay away from any houses listed by her. Not worth the stress.

I am only giving them a 2 because we LOVE our property that WE found and Susan Grant our agent (who by the way posted a 5 review on this site) happened to show us. When the paperwork started it was 3 huge failures 2 of them by Janelle Crivell. We were able to close in time thanks to our "out of state lender". When we complained towards the end, to the owner basically he apologized and ended it with "but" this is the excuse why that happened..... so not even a actual apology..... we will do business elsewhere next time!

We have had the most miserable experience with LYNETTE CATTANEO of Century 21. We found a home that we wanted very much and it was listed by Lynette. From the beginning she made it as difficult on us as well as our realtor. Our home was already under contract. We made an offer on the home Lynette had listed and when we made the offer on it she told us that she would not let us get it under contract without a contingency that anyone could come along while we were waiting for our home to close and buy the house we want out from under us. We held our ground and it finally came down to us saying that
