Services
Foundation Hand & Physical Therapy provides one-on-one therapy sessions. Patients stay with the same therapist throughout their treatment, and our therapists regularly communicate and consult with physicians about treatment plans. Some of the conditions that we treat include strains and sprains, fractures, joint replacement, pediatric conditions, sports injuries, work-related injuries, and chronic pain.
With five licensed PTs and a PTA on staff, Foundation offers treatment for a variety of orthopedic injuries for adults and children. Foundation employs two Hand Therapists who have received specialized training and achieved official certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission of the United States and two occupational therapists who are pursuing their certification.
