Dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, is an unproven technique in alternative medicine similar to acupuncture. It involves the use of either solid filiform needles or hollow-core hypodermic needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome.

So nice, very flexible my husband seems to like it and want to go there to get his therapy in which, if you knew him that's not the norm.they must make him feel pretty comfortable and like he's actually really getting some good therapy. It really means a lot because these injuries have really put a toll on him and he seems like he's doing better since coming here.

I have had many knee surgeries and after most surgeries you are required to do physical therapy. I live in Winchester, but chose Sterling Physical Therapy for my PT needs. They make you feel so warm and welcome. It was kind of like just visiting with some friends that made you do odd exercises.
The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, personable, & empathetic to all of my aches and pains. This is the most important part. They not only show you how to do your PT, they explain why they are doing it as they do it. I appreciate that.
