This company is far beyond absolutely terrible. The define "worst" in the dictionary. I was a renter for a few years and never was late on my rent, never had any complaints to me and kept my place immaculate (even paid to have it cleaned after I left). I stayed to myself, never bothered anyone and still I was charged many things, never got my deposit back. Most recently they dinged my credit for a $32 cleaning fee, which I had no other option to pay.
I had a ceiling water leak in my apartment for MONTHS because the air conditioner was from 1970.
Their staff is all full of arrogance and fake smiles

Wonderful area. A lot of great food places nearby and many wonderful grocery stores in a 10 minute radius. Friendly front office and neighbors.
PS: I see people who also reviewed complaining about things like no heated pool or staff don't work weekends but it all seems petty and not worth even writing about in a review. So far things have gone well and matinance on stuff is fairly quick. 4 stars for me

No idea why the reviews are so harsh for this place. I've really enjoyed living here for the past 9 months! The staff is awesome, they are very prompt in responding back to my emails and answering my questions. The maintenance staff is always busy doing something to upkeep the appearance of the property which is nice. They have a little gym that I go to often and it has just what I need, nothing too fancy. Everyone who works here is very kind and does their due diligence to respond to your needs. I never have to make multiple phone calls or emails hoping someone will gets back to me. The property

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Maybe I got lucky. My apartment overlooks the back side and its very nice. My porch is huge. $1632 for 800 sq ft is great. Yes the utilities are not at all included but you can't find anything better for 800 sq ft. The interior walls inside are meh and will agree on those complaints. I really don't know what they were thinking. Apartments are already dark so why? Anyway, I am happy here. You get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for a terrible apartment experience look no further!
Pros: Everyone who doesn’t work at the office are extremely nice. The grounds employees and the maintenance staff are all very kind and friendly.
Cons: The office staff. They are incredibly difficult to get ahold of, usually only two people on the office, which means if both are out on tours you’re out of luck. Once you do get ahold of them they are very rude (except for the guy with the man bun, he’s very chill). Both the girls look at you like you’re dumb the entire time you are talking to them. Please stay away from these apartments! I'm a resident since past one year and every now and then something or the other breaks in these units, low class construction quality and the worst part is no-one shows up when you raise a maintenance ticket. First you raise a ticket, then call the leasing office after several days, then you raise another ticket since the previous one would be marked completed without doing any fix.
Anna is going to be the new property manager and she is the most rude employee here. I'm just counting my days to finish off my lease and move out!

Living here was pretty good for the most part. I spent 3 years here and never had the severe problems many others talk about in reviews.
I had a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite spacious. It was always relatively quiet and only once instance in the 3 years when noise was a problem, I consider that a huge win. If anything, I'm the one who was loud and was always worried about my neighbors who said they never had a problem with me. So I have to give the complex points for that, as well as for how well kept the property is.
However, there were some issues I need to dock stars for. Rent was reasonable

We've been living here for 10 months and we generally like it. Is it flawless? No, but I can't think of any place that is, so I will say it is relatively good.
We moved here from out of state with no problems. It was more or less what we were expecting. I will just fast forward to what we like and what we don't like.
What we like:
1) The leasing office staff and managers are very friendly. I have seen reviews that say the opposite, but we deal with them regularly, and they are always friendly and helpful.
2) The maintenance folks are very friendly and are quick to respond to the minor complaints
