I just purchased a 2011 toyota tundra from bolton collision they are literally the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. The staff here were very kind throughout my experience. The repairs were done well in a quite reasonable amount of time. One of the staff members, Mary Ann, was great with keeping me updated and informed with the progress of my repairs and maintaining my expectations. Overall, this was a very good experience and I would certainly recommend.

I cannot speak about the auto body work as I have not had anything done here, but the review is on the used cars and the owner Dave. I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at 6 used trucks, all from different dealers. Needless to say, Bolton was my 2nd and last stop. Beautiful 2003 F250 with only 47,000 miles. Price was good and Dave doesn't charge BS fees, i.e. dealer, document, etc. Dave was a pleasure to work with and he backs what he sells. Worth the drive and I would definitely have no problem looking here again in the future.

I brought my Chevy Silverado in for body rust repairs around the rear wheel wells. I talked with Dave, the owner, on a couple of occasions as the work was being done. He was attentive, and very accommodating showing me the work in progress, explaining what was being done and showing some photos he took of the work from inception to completion. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work. My truck was completely cleaned and polished on the outside, and vacuumed and cleaned on the inside. First rate job all around.

Bought a used car from Dave and Susan- they had the car I was looking for and I took the trip after reading the good reviews on their dealership. I have gotten three vehicles from this dealership and they have been so great. Dave is one of the best people to know in the car world.
I bought my first vehicle and totaled it- I was able to have it towed there and other than that it was a great used car. There was a faulty tire pressure sensor in one of the tires and I had to go to a shop to get it fixed- where they covered the cost.
My second car had a couple minor issues but if something happened he covered the cost of everything. He was very understanding of the fact that I needed a lower cost car and he specifically went out to

Recently bought a great used car for my son here at a very fair price. Dave let us take our time and didn't pressure us at all. Susan was fantastic with the paperwork, registration and communication throughout the entire process. Everything moved along smoothly and quickly. When I picked up the vehicle, it had gone through a safety inspection, was registered and had a full tank of gas. Customer service was excellent and there were no additional dealer fees. I had been searching for a shop to paint my 67 Mustang within a reasonable budget, when someone recommended Bolton Collision. Dave gave me a fair price, and best of all said the price was set. Other shops had said the price was dependent on "what they found", with no way to give a firm quote. Once Dave got started I received regular email updates and photos , and invited to stop by with any questions or to see the progress. I just picked up my car from getting repair work done after a fender bender. Not only was the work done EARLY, but my car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. (Trust me, as the mother of a 9 month-old, it was nasty when I dropped it off)
The staff at Bolton Collision are wonderful. They are friendly, pleasant, responsive to questions , and took their time with me both times I came in. My insurance covered the cost of the repair work, but the price I was quoted was very reasonable. If I was paying for the work myself, I would still have chosen to get it done here.

Right off the bat I knew I was in good hands when cheerful Rosa called me as soon as the insurance company approved the claim (literally within 30 seconds). She was polite, courteous and caring. They are unbelievable! Best service I've ever had! First and foremost, the job they did was wonderful - the car looks brand new. It's never fun having to deal with a body shop.. When my Range Rover Evoque got hit, I was not a happy camper... Dealing with insurance companies is dreadful.. The folks at Bolton Collision handled everything... Without a doubt, some of the most polite people you will ever deal with...
