I like Gannon's antiques. Over the years I've purchased many items. The prices are reasonable. There are many items there owned by various venders. Many items are owned by the owner. There is more flexibility on the items that the house owns. It doesn't hurt to ask. It's a fun place to kill a few hours.

I have been to Gannon's maybe a half dozen times mostly looking for old vinyl records and one time looking for a desk for my son. I must say the place is huge and has everything one could imagine. Their old vinyl is overpriced for the conditions they are in and presented in old boxes that are falling apart. They have maybe 6-8 small boxes piled in a far corner of the store. The folks working in the store can be a pill and unhelpful. Not personable and seem to be in a hurry and dismissive. If you have patience you might find some gems but you will pay too price for them. I probably would not

HUGE Antique mall in Ft. Myers. They truly have something for everyone there. It is so large with everything from art glass to old cameras. There are hundreds of cases full of antiques and collectibles. This is truly the largest and best antique marketplace in SW Florida. The prices are on the higher end, but nothing out of line with other antique stores. It is overwhelmingly large and there are rooms and rooms full. Friendly staff and negociable prices. Just an incredible place.

Amazing antique store!!! So much to see. Be sure and eat your breakfast before you get here so you don't run out of energy! My mom and I always stop here on our way to Sanibel. Our favorite person to see there is Irene. She is so helpful and goes the extra mile to help us find whatever we are looking for. While we were there I was on the hunt for a swash blossom necklace. She showed me exactly where they were and there were so many beautiful ones! I couldn't afford them, but still loved seeing them all. My mom was on the hunt for a tobacco pipe for my dad. Experienced a very disappointing transaction with this dealer over items presented as "mid century modern." Purchase two leather bentwood chairs and ottomans from Gannons as advertised on Craigslist and YouTube. The chairs were described on the video as "Eames style" and "mid century" with a "patina" in excellent condition. When the dealer was asked by email and phone about the manufacturer or designer prior to purchase, the dealer said no markings existed

Lots and lots to see so make sure you come early enough to take it all in. When you first walk in you're hit with all the real antiques and big-ticket items. Don't worry, a few booths down and things taper off to your usual collections of toys, old jewelry, kitchen utensils, and tons and tons of books. The space is huge and the variety of items is great. I only walked out with a few silver forks for a craft project (which I oddly couldn't find anywhere else I'd looked), but it's somewhere I'd shop again.

I stopped in here for the first time a few weeks ago and was extremely impressed. They have a wide variety of furniture, art, jewelry and more. It is well organized and very clean. I overheard the owner's speaking to several customers and they were friendly, very knowledgeable and seemed to have a great rapport. I think I even heard the son mention "house visits," which would be a great, personalized service. All in all, I will definitely be coming back!
