I have used these people for the last 14 years and have been very happy.Two years ago I had a problem with my Biedemeyer Wall colckAnd called Clock and watch Masters of Naples and he told me that they were no longer in business so I brought it to them.The worst thing I have ever done.After I brought it home It b did not work. I stopped payment on the check he came out and it ran for about a week and stopped again. I looked on the internet and found house of clocks.They worked on it and came out and installed it and it work beautiful.They are the best

Called prior to appt., set window for arrival, arrived on time, was kind, was polite, was knowledgeable, reasonable, and professional. Serviced one 1920 mantle clock AND one 1980s standup grandfather clock that had not been touched or running in over 30 years. Greg and his wife stopped yesterday to repair a grandfather clock we had just shipped down from the north. He took his time and went over the clock oiled adjusted and got it running. While he was here I asked him 2 look at two other clocks. He said no problem and oiled and adjusted them.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I'd rather use a cheese grater on my face instead of interacting with anyone from this business again. As a warning please do not prepay and do not expect to get your Antique Heirloom back in the same condition that it was dropped off in. I would personally take pictures of everything inside it to make sure that nothing was removed or replaced with substandard parts before it was returned to you with them having not worked on it supposably and keeping your money on top of that.
