My 86year old grandmother and I ordered stuffed waffles and they were so cold. My fiancee ordered 1/2 rack of ribs said they were very dry. And my son-in-law refused to eat the chicken dinner he ordered. He says it tasted like McDonald's chicken nuggets. And the meal was very bland. We used to be regular Friday evening customers however we won't be back. Very disappointed only gave 10% off bill wow 😮

Not sure if they are understaffed or lack motivation, but the time it takes to receive a to-go order is ridiculous. Way too many times we order food, get there shortly after the pick-up time and we still spend 20-45 minutes waiting for our food.
Update: I am updating my review to give one star this time around. I am completely and utterly dumbfounded by the lack of customer service and ability to make an order correctly. EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from here our order is either wrong, the food is cold, we wait an extra 40 minutes after our pickup time. This time around, my husband picked it up

The servers seemed more interested in sitting around talking to each other than anything else. My husband and I were seated by a pleasant hostess and she brought us water and that was the last interaction we had with an employee of that restaurant for 15 minutes. There were plenty of staff and every other table was helped but apparently that wasn’t in the cards for us. I eventually asked a waitress for the coffee I had ordered since she was going to refill others and let her know that my husband and I were just going to get the salad bar since no one seemed interested in taking our order. I was just in there last night and I will never go back there. The food wasn't bad but the young man that was working there had his hair hanging down in his face and he would keep moving it with his hands and then put stuff out on the salad bar with out changing his gloves or washing his hands. He needs to wear a hair net if he's going to keep working there. It actually made me 🤮.

Love this place. Staff is friendly, food is good, portions are more than enough. They have a great salad bar, which is always fresh and stocked with daily homemade soups. Daily specials and homemade pies top the list. It’s our regular go-to. When you order a dinner entree or a daily special, you get a potato side, a veggie side, and a bread side, plus a trip to the salad bar. It’s so much food that we take half of it home. Sure beats all the chain restaurants in Mentor, and we like that it supports local business.

Very nice family restaurant very fresh and crisp salad bar with lots of yummy choices. Several choices of delicious soup. The restaurant was clean staff friendly prices were economical quality of the food was great. The chopped steak with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and gravy was excellent. The pork chops were tasty and moist, homemade home fries were good
