We have been using their services for approximately 5 years, ever since the a/c contractor we had went out of business without telling us. Hatfield's Express has always come through for us. Mike stays until the job is done even if it takes until night fall. Thanks for the great service. We are blessed to have found y'all.

Bought a home and had them install the HVAC unit. Workman was poor and had issues with it since they put it in. They just put a bandaid on the problem till the warranty is done then tell you it is a part and warranty has expired. Instead of fixing under the warranty, they get you with the mark up on the parts and labor.

Hatfield has tried to sell me a new unit before. However, about 2 weeks ago they came to service our AC. The bill was $500.00. The AC worked from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. I sent them an email on Sunday because I did not want to pay for another service call on the weekend. They never responded to me. You can decide if this is good service or not.
