I had a crown fall out and needed placed back in quickly, and Johnston Family Dentistry was able to get me un within a couple of hours. The staff was super friendly and attentive to my needs. I made an appointment to get my routine cleaning for the next day! I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to give them a call.

Josie Bell is a DELIGHT! And Dr. Shae was warm and understanding as well. Even though I live in Wake Co. (Knightdale), it is so worth it to come to see Dr. Fraser’s team. Today, Josie helped explain a lot of things that lifted a number of deep fears and worries that I had. You just don’t know what a relief this has been. Great job Johnston Family Dentistry!

Brittany took care of my daughter today who has alot of issues with fear of needles and dentists period and I can honestly say this was the easiest and the most stress free appointment she has ever had thank you for all the care you took with her

They were very professional soon as I walked through the door they made me feel right at home. The dental assistant name Joshie as very awesome and great and polite. She worked on me and did a phenomenal job! Found my new dentist home!

I have been with Johnston Family Dentistry since 2018 and have always enjoyed going there 👀. Did I say enjoy? "YES" I will soon be living my 80th year, and have found Doctor Fraser and his staff to be the most compassionate dentistry group in JoCo.

Person at front counter wasn’t as nice as the nurses and the hygienist and even down to the doctor was great they took care my teeth clean them properly best service so far besides the front counter person she could be more nicer but overall recommend

Smithfield dentistry did awesome today.. My hygienist was Christy she took her time and was knowledgeable. Great experience I felt comfortable though out my visit. They were on point, the was very punctual. This would be a great place if need a cleaning and want better health for the future.

My filling fell out about a month after it was put in. I called the office and asked for an appointment to put it back in. They told me that they didn’t have any appointments until Nov. They wanted me to wait 3 months to get the hole in my tooth fixes that they caused. I was able to get the filling done much faster at another dentist. I will not be coming back to this office. They were not considerate of my situation and they were the ones who caused it.

Kristy was an awesome dental hygienist. She was very thorough and gentle! The woman at the front desk was so nice when I had forgotten my mask in the car she gave me me a nice cloth one! I also love my dentist Dr. Frazier!
