Services
Design for the multi-use facility includes emergency operations, sheltering, safe room, office/administrative space and training facilities. Pat Brister, St. Tammany Parish President, was joined today by representatives from several governmental and private agencies to break ground on the St. Tammany Advanced Campus located on LA Highway 434 in Lacombe.
RCLA and RCLC provide land planning services that make sensitive use of the natural topography and resources and local vegetation integrated with livable and sustainable innovations. We also have expertise in the master planning of commercial and residential communities, campuses, civic centers, waterfront developments, and recreation districts.
