Services
One Vietnamese Restaurant is built on a foundation of love, family, food, and a passion for hospitality. It all started from a humble dream of two young restaurant servers, Thanh and Oanh (One). Arriving to the U.S. by boat in the early 1980s, they met each other in 1986 while working in a Vietnamese restaurant.
Fried, served with rice noodles topped with onions and peanuts, fresh garden greens (lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mint leaves, cilantro, and pickled carrots) and our delicious house-made chili garlic fish sauce. Lettuce cilantro, mint leaves, and rice noodles rolled in delicate rice paper; served with peanut sauce.

At a restaurant like this, I usually judge them by their rice first, which was very dry when it came out and completely dry and crunchy after awhile, so that already said a lot to me. But the curry was very delightful and the spring rolls were huge. The kumquat coconut doesn't come in a pitcher like I expected, but it must be because COVID times. I'm sure everything else is great on the menu, but I'll call it good here.

The servers were very chill and efficient. We were able to dine in and each group were spaced appropriately. The whole place was very clean too and the food we ordered was delicious and the portion size was decent! We all were pleasantly surprised.
We ordered chicken fried rice, combination pho as well as the tofu curry from the lunch menu special. The lunch menu came with 2 veggie egg rolls that was bomb, egg fried rice and egg drop soup. There are other options too, but that was what I chose and am happy I did. We would also recommend the kumquat coconut jug. It was enough for the three of us

This place is always a delight to visit. The food is always exceptional and delicious. I have ordered so many different things from the menu and never had other than excellent dishes. The owners are very friendly! When and if you can dine in, ask for a recommendation on drinks, she will be more than happy to make you something special. Highly recommended, will keep on coming back! Give it a try if you haven’t been!

This restaurant just opened in August 2019. The decor is elegant and modern, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious!
The hostess walked us through the menu and recommended some traditional dishes.
We ordered the Vietnamese Pork Egg Rolls and their flavor was tasty. No need to add any spices at all! We also had a Coconut Kumquat Water... so refreshing! Our main entrees were Bun Bo Hue and a Noodle Bowl. They had the perfect amount of spices and flavor. For dessert, we had the fried banana. It was the perfect sweetness and size for both of us to share.
