Services
Asbestos is a fibrous mineral, which is both naturally occuring in ultramafic rock (a rock commonly found in California), and was used as a processed component of building materials. Asbestos is proven to cause a number of disabling and fatal diseases, such as asbestosis and lung cancer. Asbestos is strictly regulated based on its natural widespread occurance, and in its use as a building material.
If your home was built before 1978, there is a good chance it has lead based paint. In 1978, the federal government banned consumer uses of lead containing paint. Some states banned it even earlier. Lead from paint, including lead contaminated dust, is one of the most common causes of lead poisoning.
Mold, by definition, is a fungus that grows in the form of multicellular filaments called hyphae. Moisture is often the key element to mold growth. I definitely recommend All Bay environmental. I needed home inspection for Asbestos. All Bay environmental responded to my inquiry quickly, we made an appointment in a very short notice and got the test results in a timely manner. I asked Travis many questions regarding Asbestos and got all the answers. He didn't recommend taking more samples than he deemed necessary even though he knew I know nothing abouts Asbestos and would most likely go along with taking more samples. There is extra cost for testing more samples, so his honesty was very much appreciated.

Travis and his team provided me above and beyond the service I would expect. The crew patiently answered all my questions and explained every detail to help me understand their testing process. He came to my house to conduct air quality testing after we discovered a water leak that caused black mold and $9,000 worth of damage to the kitchen.
Travis guided me through the whole process to get everything cleaned and safe. 1. Conducted initial testing to discover the mold spread. 2. Recommended a great mold & water damage remediation company. 3. Re-tested air to ensure air quality was mold free. 4. Recommended contractor services.
