I'm not exactly sure how to rate environmental testing labs, but I can't think of anything they could have done better. I'm a homeowner and had never had anything tested for asbestos before, so I called to ask about the process. They put me on the phone with one of the guys that actually does the testing who walked me through the process and options and costs.
When I dropped the items off the receptionist met me warmly, they helped me fill out the form (I had no clue), and handled payment while chatting amiably.
I got the emailed report 3 business days later (the cheapest option) and was happy

I had never had a mold inspection before and I needed one. I was worried because I had seen reports of companies making false reports of mold and having their customers pay a lot of money to have unnecessary work done. I called Patriot because they were recommended to me. They had one of their employees come out to our house on the weekend, which was nice, and he spent the time to explain everything he was doing. He checked for moisture in the walls with a small gadget, he took air samples in all the areas we were worried about, and he answered all of my questions. Within a few days they sent a

I Already Yelped this and would also like to share my experience in here as well.
To those who are thinking of hiring these guys, I have two words for you, do not.
In case you have to hire them, Please do yourself a favor and:
1) Remove all your valuables before they get there
2) Even if you have to take off from work make sure you do that also make sure there are plenty of family members in house so you can watch them; sadly I did not and paid for it. They stole two very Valuable rings from my house!!! :-(

I'm giving Restoration Management Company a 5 star review for their work performance, integrity and advice. I had water intrusion on an exterior wall the entire winter from a punctured roof made by a solar installer. Unfortunately the water was being channeled in a roof valley and going down the exterior wall eventually destroying an upstairs bathroom, and the kitchen below it.
