No oversight for almost a year! I’ve been losing weight with the shots and pills but they are now cutting off people that have been on for a few months even though it is working! They are claiming that I need a break and I’m resistant when in fact I’ve been losing. Poor communication, if they truly cared they should have been on top of this since day 1 not almost a year later! Now I’m cut off and will probably gain weight due to pulling the rug right under me and will be in the same place I was a year ago. I guess that’s what they truly want

Good quality injections and professional nice staff but poor communication. I have called for 30 mins straight and although it says to hold for a rep it sends you to voicemail after 3 rings I’ve sent them a text and still no response idk when I’d go again if no one is answering me. 😫

I was on a different diet for the past 6 weeks and lost some weight but hit a plateau- I came here to bust through it and I am!!
