Gynecological Care Welcome to a redefined approach in gynecological care. Dr. Cova provides comprehensive gynecological care for women of all ages spanning from adolescence to menopause. She stays on top of medical and technological advances to provide the widest treatment options available. In gynecology, routine wellness exams and preventative screenings are some of the most important things you can do.
Dr. Cova and her staff understand the symptoms of the hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause (before menopause) and throughout the menopausal years. Symptoms can occur as early as the mid-thirties, usually lasting from 2-8 years prior to menopause. In order to accomplish this, Dr. Cova recommends testing and assessing your hormone levels when symptoms occur.

I’ve been using Dr. Cova’s office for my hormone replacement therapy and they are great at what they do. They have helped me so much and actually listened to what my issues were. The one time they needed to reschedule my appointment they did it so that they would inconvenience me as little as possible.

RIPPED OFF. I have never been to this spa before and I will certainly never return. They talked me into getting some cool sculpting. I went to my plastic surgeon in another state(been going to him for 30 years ) for some additional work and he told me there is no way that should've been done on me. When I returned to Dayton, I went to see another doctor in Dayton for some Botox and was told by that doctor as well that I was not a candidate for the service that had been recommended to me. I left this office feeling I was in a mean girls movie. It has been 7 years since I was able to see a doctor and this experience left me feeling insignificant and embarrassed. For some unseen reason I forgot my insurance card at home. The youn ladies were not helpful nor empathetic turning an already stressful situation into a disaster. I understand I failed to follow the protocol and policies but to be so callous and condescending regarding my situation is just mean and ugly. I am really happy I found Cova Medspa. Dr. Cova & her staff are wonderful. Dr. Cova takes the time to listen to what I am interested in and has always steared me in the right direction. I recently had the new BBL treatment on my face and shoulders. I was so happy with the results I sheduled two more. I also really enjoy getting my dermaplanes and hydrofacials with Bella. I just had my first consultation/appointment with Dr. Cova regarding female sterilization. I wanted to leave a review specifically regarding this because I haven't seen anyone here mention it.... The consultation went very well. All questions I asked were answered and she did a great job consulting me on all the options regarding other methods of birth control. She even made sure to review the fact that some women do experience regret after having the procedure of sterilization. I recently moved to the area so this was my first time visiting Dr. Cova and I was very impressed with my experience! I was in and out quickly but the appointment didn't feel rushed. The staff was all very friendly. Dr. Cova listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy at all. I will certainly be back!

I have been getting Botox Dysport, and fillers for about 15 years and have gone to numerous places in quite a few states (PA, Oregon, CO, Michigan, and CA) When I went to Cova MedSpa, this was my first time visiting because we had just moved here.
