Bethany has done my Botox and my lip fillers. She did an amazing job! I love coming to Spa Medicca! Every one there is super nice from scheduling with Angie and Courtney to getting the procedures with Bethany. I will continue to come to Bethany for my cosmetic work because she does amazing work! The entire staff is AMAZING! Dr.S and Angela are master injectors! I live in Los Angeles but I travel back to see them for treatments! I've had laser hair and microneedling by Vicki she was very thorough,personable and informative during both procedures. Katja performed my coolsculpting procedures. She's very kind and has been performing Coolsculpting longer than anyone in the surrounding areas( I did my research).Also Rachel the esthetician is very knowledgeable and really listened to my skin care concerns. I used to live in the Dayton area when I first was recommended to Dr. Sessler - this was back in December of 2012 and since then I have still been using Spa Meddica! Dr. Sessler and his team are phenomenal. I went in and had some work done and had a few spots I thought should’ve turned out better. I called and I was in the next day and Dr. Sessler fixed the two areas plus more. He is an artist when it comes to your face. I trust him 100%. He didn’t charge a thing even after I ask for a few other adjustments to be made. I highly recommend him and his team. They are truly there to make you feel beautiful again. If your looking for a doc, look no further he is your man.

I was a new patient for Botox injections and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Sesslar quickly. However, he was very pushy with Botox and ended up giving me almost double what I typically get. I have been getting Botox for years and have never spent over $350 and I spent $500 there. Besides my forehead being completely frozen.....overall my first experience was ok and I planned to go back to let Dr. S know that my last treatment was too heavy and to see the aesthetician. My review is based on the Aesthetics side of Dr.Sesslar's practice only, as I have not seen Dr. Sesslar personally.
First off, I would like to say if you are going to Medicca for a treatment of any kind - DO! The treatments I have had worked well, (chemical peels, probiotic treatment) and they definitely serve their purpose.
The office is clean and never seems to be busy or loud, so that's a plus.
Now the only negative thing I experienced is this.
I have not struggled with acne in YEARS. The only reason I went to Medicca was for treatments to help my acne scarring. No matter what

Dr. Sesslar has a very successful family practice and his office is clean and immaculate. I hear he is an amazing physician but I go to him for botox. Let me just say that I was skeptical but Dr. Sesslar knows what he is doing and I was thrilled with the results. I will be going to him regularly to maintain my fresh, new face! I am contemplating Juvederm as well. Dr. Sesslar explained everything to me and was very honest. He only treated areas that he felt could use a little help and did not try to oversell me. He was quick to point out that I can only come in every 3 months and his pricing
