Varad Advanced Holistic Psychiatry
Varad Program integrates modern medicine with holistic health practices in order to effectively improve the quality of life for psychiatry patients. Our main goal is to ensure that patients receive the proper attention and individual care by establishing a treatment plan which is aligned with the patients' experiences, needs and goals.

We are committed to bringing about a positive change in the lives of our patients through advanced psycho-pharmacological treatments with powerful and safe alternative therapies. They really care about my progress and want to see me succeed. I have been able to face and work through a variety of issues with the help of both Nozomi and Kishore and would highly recommend Varad Program.
Services
Kishore Varada: I have been in practice of psychiatry for over 11 years. I work with patients 13 and older and I offer medication management services in coordination with psychotherapy. My practice within Bellevue includes new psychiatric treatments and testings such as QEEG, QB check, MTHFR genetic testing and urine drug screens.
The Varad Program is a new and unique mental health clinic that integrates modern medicine with holistic health practices. Currently located in Bellevue, our team of professionals works with you to design a personalized treatment approach that addresses your health care needs.

If you would like more information on the services we offer in order to determine which options are best for you, look below for a more in-depth understanding of these psychiatric and alternative practices.
Mental Health Therapy is the process through which mental health problems are treated by consulting a psychiatrist, psychologist or other mental health provider, otherwise known as psychotherapist or mental health therapist. There are many different therapy approaches to Mental Health Therapy such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), psychodynamics, relational, family systems, solution-focus and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
Electroencephalography (EEG) is the measurement of electrical patterns at the surface of the scalp, which reflect cortical activity, and are commonly referred to as "brainwaves". Quantitative EEG (QEEG) is the analysis of the digitized EEG, and is sometimes referred to as "Brain Mapping". The QEEG is an extension of the analysis of the visual EEG interpretation that may assist and even augment our understanding of the EEG and brain function.
Health coaching, also referred to as wellness coaching, is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavioral change by challenging a client to develop their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action. A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority that works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes.

They barely respond to the calls (I have been calling since January 2021 the call goes to voicemail every time) when I send the voicemails they never respond back ever. I gave them my email got no email back, must get the therapist’s permission before booking an appointment which is upsetting because no other office does this. Kishore is very callous and a traditional man he lacks the open minded understanding needed to deal with family issues and helping lgbtq patients, he underestimated my mental and emotional concerns. Carla is a very empathetic, understanding and open minded therapist and

As others have mentioned, the therapist here does not really care about his patients. He revealed sensitive information of mine to my family without properly asking for my consent. It ruined my mental health for the next few months and strained my family relationships too. I would NOT recommend going here at all if you could help it.

I don't rate places, but this was the worst psychiatry experience of my life. It sickens me that they advertise to be trans friendly when the psychiatrist has NO grasp on respect, terms, knowledge, and needs some serious training when it comes to interacting with anyone from the LGBT community. I felt welcomed by the stellar receptionist and the kind therapist who did my intake, but it was a kind and long wait to see someone who all but spat on me- and didn't even know it. I spent the next 3 hours crying in my car and haven't slept in a week. If you are in the LGBT community, watch out.

The staff and environment is welcoming and therapeutic and the office set amongst trees. Varad Program was recommended to me by a family member and my teenage daughter and I have been going every week for a few months. It has been a place of solace for us.
Carla and Nozomi are amazing, compassionate and very experienced counselors. I always leave each session feeling calm and empowered. Kishore is very knowledgeable regarding mental health and medication management. He prescribes medication thoughtfully and follows up regularly.
I feel a sense of security having our individualized care handled

First, you pay - a lot, for an "intake" session where you don't get to see the doctor and just answer lots and lots of questions. If you're lucky, the intake only takes one appointment. For me, it was spread over two because the intake therapist wanted to talk about PTSD, which is irrelevant to any of my medical history or needs. On my third appointment, more than $500 later, I finally got to see the doctor. It was like visiting the Wizard of Oz. At all my sessions, he looked down at his notes and asked direct questions, allowing only direct, terse answers. If you endeavor too much for conversation

Someone suggested that this therapist was life-changing. I went in to get some information and the first thing I notice is that there are only stairs. Um... hi. Therapist? Have an elevator. I still went in to talk to the receptionist, and while she was very kind and polite, she literally admitted that a place with an elevator was out of their budget. What? Am I hallucinating? So... a psychiatrist is more concerned with his bottom line than accessibility to patients. Absolutely no thank you.

I have been a patient for over a year now and have been having great results so far. The location is great and the office is peaceful and welcoming. I like the fact that Dr. Kishore has a very respectful approach to medications and the body. He takes the time to listen and I feel that my opinion is taken into account in the process. Nozomi is not only very knowledgeable, but also very empathetic and human, and direct when necessary. I can say for sure that this is the most comprehensive care I have received so far and I can see the difference in how much better I have been dealing with stress and
