Services
We have relationships with many venues in the Valley and can provide our services anywhere in the Valley but theses are some of the Venues that we are preferred venders with. The winery is the perfect setting for all types of private events. You can rent our facilities for your next party, bridal or baby shower, fundraiser, company party.
It is important to leave a positive impact on our community, we live by an Ethos "If you have the Ability then you have the Responsibility". We are constantly adding new originations to our community involvement team to provide a better community for all the Valleys citizens. We are an International Baccalaureate school implementing the Primary Years Program for Kindergarten - Fifth grade students.

We hired SHC for our wedding on 10/17/20. Aaron was very communicative and always responded promptly to messages. We did a food tasting with him before we booked, and he prepared everything we wanted to try on short notice. On the day of the wedding he arrived on time, and the food tasted just as it did when we sampled it earlier this year. He also accommodated all modifications we requested. Everyone loved the food! We had short rib, chicken with tomato jam, asparagus, rice pilaf, and several appetizers (short rib is amazing, highly recommend!). Would absolutely book again for a future event.

Aaron was a pleasure to work with from our first interaction through event execution. Aaron was able to completely customize the menu to our requests, so we didn't have to choose from a pre-decided menu. Aaron was very communiative and quick to answer any questions that came up.
