We have relationships with Venue Owners, DJs, Photographers, Bakers, Cakeries, Decorators, and others at your request. We provide catering for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, birthdays or any other event that is desired by the customer. We have a mobile kitchen that can provide food for over a thousand people, I can provide menus ranging from simple to a gourmet 7 course meal.
Star Catering works individually with our clients to create the perfect menu based on their need and budget, we can customize your event any way you wish. Star Catering provides from basic drop off to buffets to fully tended table service, or anything in-between. We don't have a menu, instead we use an expansive roster of chef's that can create a customized menu to satisfy all of our customers needs.

Mario and Star Catering did an outstanding job catering for our wedding reception. Working on a one month notice, Mario reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and that everything will be taken care of. He delivered, as promised. Providing his professional guidance along the way.
The food was amazing, especially the juicy pork. Everybody enjoyed everything. The staff was extremely helpful in organizing, service, and cleaning up.
It's obvious that this is more than just a job for Mario, this is his life and passion. 10/10.

We were blown away by the level of quality & service Star Catering provided for our wedding! It made a logistically difficult event relatively simple, and the patience and professionalism of your staff was amazing. We were married in a remote area on the side of the Kings River above Pine Flat Resevoir with no electricity or running water. He brought everything needed for an amazing reception. For what we received the price was very affordable. Thank you so very much for working with us, you truly made our day perfect. We were SO impressed with Star Catering for our wedding. We live 5 hours north from Clovis and got married on the side of the river, so they had their work cut out for them! We put together a unique menu (one of the mains was a Cuban mojo style porchetta) and they came through and created amazing food. Guests were raving about the food, asking about the sauces, everyone just loved the food.
But as fantastic as the food was, we were blown away at the service. Our reception area was a sandy beach with no running water, no electricity, an hour into the hills of the Sierra Nevada. It made our planning
