If you'll read my reviews I hardly ever leave 1 star BUT I feel like in this line of work you either want to help or your after a dollar and this business is for sure out for a dollar. I broke down google mapped the closest tow company this company 6 miles away the next about 15 according to maps. I tell him where I am he tells me the high price whatever I have to get my car home. At the end of the conversation I let him know my car is lowered so he can be prepared after I say this he says NOPE I WON'T TOUCH IT. I said what am I going to do he said call somewhere else didn't give me any numbers

A true professional who answers the phone promptly, is capable of maintaining a deadline, and keeps his equipment maintained in good working order. I had to call this gentleman when another wrecker service left me stranded with an item requiring a wrecker to move on the side of the road. I had prearranged moving the item a week in advance and come Saturday, the wrecker operator seemed to be under the influence of something. If you care about what is being moved, call this gentleman. He is a professional do not waste your time with amateurs pretending to run a business.

My roommate's vehicle broke down on the side of the road while he was on his way to work at Publix. He panicked and called an Über to get to his job, and left his vehicle parked on the side of US HWY 441 and State Road 19 in Eustis, FL. The Eustis Police Department has his vehicle towed to an impound lot and called upon the services of A-1 Quality Towing to do so. After two days, he called the EPD to locate his vehicle. EPD informed him that A-1 Quality Towing had his vehicle. He called A-1 Quality Towing and asked how much would it cost to get his vehicle out of the impound lot. A female
