I have been training in health and movement for over 10 years, studying under some of the most respected doctors and coaches in the world. An Australian expat and a surfer since childhood, my studies are a reflection of what I see around me. Growing up in a surf community and now living in the city of Los Angeles, I have come to recognize a common breakdown in human movement patterns and a rising rate of preventable disease.
Every new client begins with a thorough assessment of the physical, mental and the lifestyle factors that go into creating an effective program. With the information gathered we can begin the process of making positive changes to the behaviors and habits, which form a holistic plan of management.
Together we will work out what gets you ticking, what you need to eat to support the habits, how to rest more effectively and how to train appropriately.Based upon our findings we'll select from a growing number of techniques to create a holistic exercise program that will help you meet your goals.

Private coaching packages provide you with focused, 1-on-1 attention. I'll design a program that is tailored to your specific needs, whether that is to look and feel your best, to help you gain more range of motion, feel stronger or to improve your quality of life. Programs are designed in 12 week blocks to deliver high quality results that you can be proud of.
