This was such a great and efficient experience! My friend and I both opted for hair and makeup, a team of 4 artists were sent and were done in under an hour. Super professional and were great at achieving the inspo looks we provided. Worth every penny!

This service is great if you are flexible about time. I have used Glamsquad numerous times and can't say my stylist has ever been on time. In fact, I had one experience where the stylist was 90 minutes late and another where the stylist cancelled 20 minutes before the appointment. I will continue to use Glamsquad as the idea of the service is great, but only when I have tons of flexibility with time.

It was my first time using Glamsquad and I will definitely be using again! Brandon W. and Nicole L. did an absolutely fantastic job on my hair and makeup. They were both so kind and professional. They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule with exactly the look I was looking for…even better than what I was expecting! It is so nice having 2 professionals come to you. I highly recommend!

I reserved 5 makeup and lashes, 4 blowouts, and an updo for a wedding my family was attending. We were staying at a hotel and put this info on the reservation. My daughter, who had the updo, showed the stylist pictures of what she wanted, nothing too fancy. What she got was nothing at all like that. Her brother's comment when he saw her was "You look like you partied hard, went to bed, and just woke up." (They did offer to refund her updo cost when I sent pictures.) My last experience with GlamSquad was lousy. I had a huge event and booked a makeup artist and hair stylist. First, let me say the makeup artist, who I'd used before, was excellent. His name is Eduardo M. and I highly recommend him. The hairstylist they sent, Sarah E., is no hairstylist. When I first set eyes on my blowout, I was speechless. My hair was flat and unstyled. I tried explaining to Sarah E. what I was looking for. She was difficult and made one excuse after the next. "It's the haircut." She actually had the nerve to suggest I throw in some velcro rollers

Do not use!!! The absolute worst company and service. I had my bridal shower today and had hair and makeup services booked months in advance. I get a phone call late last night that they had to cancel my makeup because the person couldn't make it and they had no one else. And then for my hair appointment this morning, no one showed up!! Are they kidding with this? I will never use again and warning to all brides and anyone else considering this service!!

Got the worst haircut of my life from Nadeline. Service wasn't great either- she was running late and then didn't even introduce herself or anything when she arrived. That's a little weird when a stranger comes into your home. Anyway, I complained to customer service but wasn't offered any reparations.

I had a wedding to go to. I booked Glamsquad several weeks in advance. They no showed. I went on the app to contact the pro. He never responded to my text. I called Glamsquad and it took several attempts to get someone on the phone. Bottom line - they are highly unprofessional and I was left with a wet head. Extremely disappointed with this service.

Furthermore, I'm not comfortable moving forward without a contract of any kind. I can see from the Yelp reviews that stylists cancel last minute. I can't have that on my wedding day.
I also have a hard time booking a $300 makeup / hair trial without seeing the quality of the artists work. It's pretty standard to have portfolios - in fact out of the 15 or so companies I've reached out to Glamsquad is the only one not to provide a portfolio.
They were pretty desperate for my credit card information

I used to love this and used them for years probably over 100 times. They charged me full fee when I booked accidentally and cancelled right away. They even still sent the poor stylist later that night - a crappy way to treat their people. They lost me for life. I think the company was sold and now the customer service is literally F off level. They can turn that right around toward themselves.

I am so impressed by anyone who starts a company so huge props to the people who started Glamsquad for the work that's been put into building it. That said. I had a really important event yesterday afternoon that meant a lot to me. I booked a Glamsquad makeup appointment yesterday morning and it was confirmed for 2:30pm. I got 2 confirmations. 2:45pm rolls around. No one has arrived. I filled out the "contact us" form to ask for someone to make sure the artist was still on his way. Then I called and a girl answered the phone and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Cut

The hairstylist stole an expensive Mason Pearson hairbrush ($200!) from my apartment and it took me days of stressful back and forth phone calls with customer service to finally get her to return it. She dropped if off at the wrong address, at the dusty mailboxes, and didn't even bother to put it in a plastic bag or anything to protect it from all the dust! I'm still waiting to hear from leadership and emailed customer service again yesterday to reconfirm that I'd like to speak to someone from leadership, and they've gone radio silent. Completely untrustworthy and disrespectful

Not a reliable service and a scam. Booked for hair and makeup. The hair person didn't show up, didn't give me any notification about not coming, and the company still insisted on charging me for the appointment.

I have been preoccupied with my mom in the hospital so I answered back my friends this morning at 715 am. By accident I must of pressed face time while sharing glam squad contact .i have had only one number .

I booked GlamSquad for the first time this week to prep my hair and makeup for a big gala in NYC. Cendy did my makeup and (individual) lashes and Passion did my hair. We chatted for a few minutes about what I was looking for (Makeup: no lipstick! And like... beige?) (Hair: Blake Lively without all the fake hair!), I showed them my dress, and then they set to work.
