I bought here their known face cream. The first time I had was amazing! It is very natural, doesn't clog my pores, and leaves me smelling pretty good at the end of the day. The place is very tidy, and their employees and staff were accommodating and friendly. Buy your body essentials here, not just because they are pure and authentic, but it was very affordable, too.

Decided to try a spray tan & “wow” I’m glad I did! My golden brown tan looks like I’ve been hangin’ at the beach all summer, instead of cooped up indoors on coronavirus lockdown! I was intrigued after Nikki told me Soleil uses an organic tanning solution made from beets—Beettan! No weird smell & No clothing stains either. Just a nice, all-over, summer glow...

Just got my roots done by the amazing Gena! Got them dyed platinum blonde from dark brown and couldn't be happier with the end results. By far one of the best coloring sessions Ive experienced. Since my hair is big and curly its not the easiest to work with but Gena gave me exactly the color i was looking for.

When your fiancé can’t stop telling you how much he loves your haircut, you know you were in exceptional hands! Nikki is a fabulous hair stylist who is friendly, easy going, and very accommodating. The new private loft salon is industrial and professional looking while being a relaxed atmosphere. She knew exactly what to do with my super fine, grown out, bleached hair and I came in looking like mop and left looking like a lady again. You’ll be in skilled hands!

I made an appointment 3 days in advance. They called to confirm, I said, yes, I will be there. I waited 40 minutes for my nail appointment to start. This is not an exaggeration. In fact, it was probably closer to 45 minutes. My guess is the front desk person messed up, but I don't really care whose fault it was. I was not happy about waiting, but I didn't make a stink. I waited, and waited, considered leaving, but stayed (really needed my nails done) and when my turn came, I happily went to my chair. A good manager would comp the service of at least give me a discount. Not even mentioned

I loved everything and left so happy cos couldn't find a good stylist for 2,5 years I'm here and finally my hair is safe))) Bar (my stylist) did magic! She did everything exactly as I wanted even more. I'm very picky person but even after looking for some complains I cannot find any))) now is two weeks after and I got compliment yesterday again))) will definitely come back and maybe will try some facials too...

If I could give them zero stars I would. First off, the receptionist took our make up appointment the same day and said that they will make it work. That should have been the first sign that this wasn't going to work out. Second, my friend and I get there and the receptionist was too busy checking the previous guests out that he didn't even acknowledge that we came through the door. Once we got his attention he told the make up artist that were there. She sat us down and asked us what we wanted to drink. We told her water and she completely forgot! I was taken care of by the owner, she was very sweet and welcoming. She used the light lamp on me ( the one they use for microdermabrasion) so she can see everything! I was a little embarrassed, but glad she pays that much attention to detail. After that I treated myself to some awesome Vanak Shandiz Persian food across the street. :)

I can't with this place anymore. The woman who does waxing is good- but I've had enough of making an appointment, arriving on time and then waiting 10-15! When you have your business in an area where people are frequently coming during their breaks you need to be on time.
I asked the receptionist (who was sleeping at the desk) if the waxer even knew I was there and waiting. I received a very rude answer of 'she took a walk in, that's how salons work'
Actually, it's not. At least not salons that want repeat customers.

I'm so excited, Me and My Husband have an appointment for 3rd of Aug for our wedding. The staff were super friendly. Nikki ( the owner) is gonna do my make up and stuff. and also my hair stylist is gonna be Nancy and I'm super confident that she is gonna be perfect as well.

I really liked the fact that they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment at the last minute at the end of the day, even though as it turned out, they ended up staying a few minutes late. I love this salon!!!! They have it all!! Haircuts, extensions, nail services, massages, waxing, facials, tanning, and makeup sessions!! I've always had a hard time finding a good salon... It's hard to trust someone with your hair. Girls, y'all know what I'm talking about! But I think I found my go-to spot!

I'm new to the DTLA area, and don't know where to find anything so I was relieved to find a great salon for my girlfriend, and by extension, ME. Because a happy girlfriend is a happy me.
The owner Nikki is really sweet and the interior is very comfortable and relaxing. The longer I was there, the more I wanted to get in on the fun. I can definitely see this becoming a monthly ritual.
