This is our fourth year coming to Kissimmee RV park and we love it. Gail and Jeana are just the best - very helpful and friendly. The park is kept very clean thanks to the great maintenance crew - Dave, James and Troy, who are always willing to help anyway they can. The park is quiet and other people here are friendly also. The price is very reasonable and location is convenient. We look forward to spending many more winters here.

I like the smaller size of this place and it has a beautiful pool. Everything is kept nice and clean.
I had an excellent experience when Gail was in the office. I was completely shocked by the hostile and unprofessional attitude when the production manager took over in Gail's absence due to her illness. We had planned to book our next stay there - but now there is no way. How the staff treat their guests, means a lot in my opinion. Gail was great and I hope she recovers fully and quickly and will be back in the office, as clearly she set the friendly and warm culture which no longer is there!

I am new to RV life and if Kissimmee RV Park is any indication of how things will be, I will most definitely enjoy this life. I was able to make reservations online at short notice and at a very reasonable rate. Park offers 25, 30 & 50 amp connections, water and sewer. I had a back in spot with a 10x20 patio and picnic table. There is a pool, bathhouse and laundry facilities. Upkeep and cleanliness are top notch. Best of all, everyone was super friendly.

Not a bad place if you don't mind being in the middle of town. Very tight to get a big RV around in and the spots are not concrete. They were also having sewer trouble so it was stinky some of the time. A lot of people are living there not vacationing. Had some very nice neighbors. Highly recommending getting there in the daylight.

Moves the goalpost on you. Wifi is free if your up towards the office. But 90% of the time you'll be placed just out of reach. Therefore wifi is not free you have to pay. Laundry room is some crap where you have to swipe a card which only seems to work on one machine so the entire park is trying to use this one machine. Little hint to the RV park. Put the old school quarter slots back in. You'll make more money.

An rv park in the middle of everything! Though my family and i were only here while i finished a work project in the area my family still enjoyed the local touristy stuff close by. Gail in the office is wonderful and my son's bestest buddy (the other office lady I forget her name) always took a moment to pass a few words with my 8 year old who is an extreme people person and appreciated the attention. Pet friendly, Clean facilities, reasonable rates, close to everything and best of all friendly people.

Stayed here for an extended period, they always man the desk during business hours and are friendly. There is a full-time grounds staff that keep the place in pretty good shape. They have been good at communicating any policy changes (COVID etc...) and have tackled issues in a timely fashion. The only reason they won't get five stars from me is this part of Kissimmee is not a good place. The park is gated and is a short drive to decent restaurants and all the attractions.

Horrible experience. No customer service and different information every time you ask question. Made deposit for following year and paid $95 that was told was refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Then they tried to overcharge for electric. I cancelled reservation because I no longer want to stay with them after electric issues. Now they will not refund deposit of $95. Do not trust anything they say! Different information every time!

We booked 2 nights here, had to cancel unexpectedly, it was days prior to when we needed to be there and to be exact the very next day after booking that we cancelled! Was told we would be charged $35, plus another $5 fee, so they kept our $40!

Truly it won't get better until management changes we have all heard the expression absentee ownership this is the prefect example
Just realize the place is someplace someone sunk a great deal of money into only to shelter their wealth and profits were never their goal and certainly not service
The place is just a slumber point till you find the real places to RV at
Management may as well have been absent because that's what you get here
I would never recommend this place and worse

Called one day to inquire about making a reservation. Asked if they were pet friendly and after providing the breed of my dog was told that was fine. Called the next day to make the reservation and was told no shepherds are allowed. My dogs are 25 lbs miniature Australian shepherds. Not a dangerous dog breed by any standard!
So I guess they arn't pet friendly- pass on this place if you have a dog. The nearby KOA is pet friendly so we booked there.

This park is a surprise to see when you pass through the white fence. It is clean, the staff is very helpful and the Wi-Fi is great. They have group activities, pool, are very convenient to Disney and the many other activities around Orlando. We definitely had a nice time there. Their fees are reasonable and the folks staying there for longer terms are nice. Ignore the bad review, this park is under new management and they have made many improvements.

These negative reviews are nonsense. We stayed there for the term of our six month lease and found everyone very helpful. The sign on the laundry room does exist and for good reason. If you need to do laundry, no less wash sheets, why anyone doesn't have a spare set is beyond me, there is a laundry mat up the street that is open. Pool closes at dusk so people don't disturb others. I found it very peaceful and well run and fairly priced. Ignore these bad reviews and no I'm not a staff member.

People, you have been warned! Most of the people at this "campground" live here full time. There were only a few campers while we were there. My family and I actually watched one of the neighbors hoard used mattresses next to his trailer for a couple of days and when he gathered about 5 of them, he asked us if we wanted to buy one for $1!!! It was extremely funny and disgusting at the same time.
The playground is in despair and the bathrooms need to be remodeled.
I put my sheets into the wash after 7pm because one of my children threw up on them (he did not feel well that night) and

This campground is located off 192 (irlo Bronson) near Medevil Times. We used to camp alot. then we moved to Florida. Let's go camping for the weekend. What a great idea! Let me preface this by saying that I have never been kicked out of a campground in my life, and in my younger days I probably gave campgrounds pretty good reasons why they should have. Now I am old and boring. We checked into this campground and were impressed by how nice the woman at the front desk was. We got to our campsite and set up our tents and observed our surroundings. Stayed a few days here while working in the area. Yes it is convenient to necessities and to the attractions of the area. I thought the price was good but I was there in the off season.
Having said that, here is what bothered me. The internet was not available most of the time. Management gave weak excuses as to why it wasn't avaialble. Really, I don't think its a priority for them and it likely will not be fixed. Ever.
The showers were clean but there are no shelves or ledges to put your soap, shampoo, washcloth, etc on while showering (terrible shower heads too but that seems to be
