Services
Any one staying in Phase III for six months or less and not paying for six months storage will have to move to another site if someone wants that site for a permanent site. 2. You must pay for 6 months at the regular rate and 6 months storage if you want the same site next year in Phase III or the sites will be on a first come first serve basis.

I was nervous after booking because I saw a previous review about it being a 55+ rv park, that is not the case. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean, laundry facilities are priced well. They have books, movies, games and puzzles you can borrow, a pool table, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. Close to many shopping areas. Great wifi!! Only downfall I can say is how far away the dumpster was from our site.

We have only been here a week and plan on staying another 3 months. The price is pretty good. It's very clean. Everyones very nice. We haven't had any problems so far. We are planning to come back next winter. They have something going on almost everyday. They also have community dinners at least a couple times each month. This week was a fish or chicken or both dinner that came with fries and coleslaw. The prices are very good. They even have an ice cream social on Sunday. So far its been fun. I highly recommend this place. Most sites are full so you have to see if a site is available. But it

This was a surprisingly pleasant find. Clean facilities, convenient, and I like the lounge with pool table. Book and video library, and table games. They also have group activities and dining events. The only problem is not much space between the road and the gate for multiple RV to queue to enter. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

Very friendly, clean, well maintained wonderful neighbors, 15 mnts from Disney, 27 mnts from Sea World and 37 mnts from Universal Studios. We've been here since 2019 got stocked with pandemic and since we love it here We've decided to extend our stay indefinitely or until we decide to leave. You can even work for any of the parks as PT or seasonal or FT and earn your way at the same time having fun. For being tourists area the prices are awesome 👌 comparing it to other RV parks in Florida. The only downside I would say is the traffic, but if you're in Florida give me one area in Orlando or close
