Lyle and Grace listed and sold my parent's home in El Cajon for TOP DOLLAR. We had heard they were the experts we needed to walk us through listing and selling mom and dad's home. Well....they were just that. They were amazing. Professional. Great at communicating the details. They essentially knocked it out of the park. Very nice people don’t get me wrong but there’s Two things one should know before listing with them, 1) you will not get top dollar at times because their clients get first pick at the houses before they even list them (as most of their properties are represented and listed by them) 2) If they do have someone interested in a house they have listed they will ignore other offers and quickly enter the house into escrow with their clients (usually within a few hours) quite shady but that’s up to you guys 🤷🏽♂️

We honestly can’t thank Lyle and his Amazing Team enough. Working with them was such an easy and stress-free experience. Lyle is an incredible motivator, he got us energized and enthused about getting the house ready to sell. He is knowledgeable and very professional. His team is top notch too. His price suggestion was excellent and he negotiated a higher than list closing price. The house went for sale on Saturday at the open house and on Monday we had 3 competing offers. The whole process was easy, smooth, and fast!
