Shawn is the best! He can do anything you need and he is honest and reliable. I have used several other companies they all were bad, even installed heat pump wrong. Shawn fixed all that and now my electric bill is so low. Make precision your first and only call for any hvac needs. His prices are fair...he is honest.

I called Chris to replace an old water heater. Two very professional technicians came Saturday morning and installed a new water heater. It took only a couple of hours. I am very happy with the job they did and the follow up by Chris. They cleaned up and my old rusted heater was hauled away too.

Chris sent out a four-man team, and was able to get a complete HVAC system removal and replacement done in a single day. The removal of the old system was especially challenging, because it was installed in the attic while the house was being built twenty-some years ago, before that area was closed in. Working in 100-plus-degree temperatures in the attic, the crew disassembled the old unit, modified the attic access to make room, and got the thing down in pieces. My elderly parents air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a heat wave on a Friday evening. I contacted Chris and he immediately responded to me and assigned someone to attend to my parents within 2 hours on Saturday. They were able to make the repair within the hour and made sure that all was working. Precision was responsibly priced even on a Saturday. We had Bay Area Home Services come to repair our business A/C unit which was leaking. Their repairman came immediately when requested and was friendly and efficient in making the repairs and also in advising us on when we needed to do for regular maintenance.
We then asked them to come back again to replace our A/C unit filters. On their second visit, they did a great job and even helped us recycle the old filters!
