I have had nothing but good experience with State Farm! From the time I first started insuring my car at 16, to the time now, where I both have car insurance and home insurance. I love the convenience of the app, emails, and in mail statements, as well as the friendly staff. Melissa is always the most helpful and responsive to answering any questions I may have - or leading me to someone who may know more if she doesn’t! If I ever have questions, all I do is call. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!
