I've never had to file a claim (thankfully) so I don't know firsthand what that process is like, but I'm a second-generation customer of Galen and his staff because of the great experiences of my parents.
Personally, I know that the Shields staff are very professional but bring a very welcome personal touch as well. They've always answered my most random questions thoroughly, and are responsive to messages and emails. In addition, they have very competitive rates. I plan to remain part of the Shields Insurance family as long as I'm in the area!

What I love the best about Galen Shields office is their willingness to go the extra mile to help others. Keri is a fantastic representation of a “Good Neighbor”. We’ve had all of our insurance (Auto, Home, Life) with Galen Shields for more than a decade. What we appreciate most is being able to make a quick phone call or send an email when we have an issue and get an immediate response from one of the associates in the office. They are truly experts in the industry. There may be other companies who promise lower rates, but the service from State Farm is unparalleled. This matters most when you have an issue and you don’t get stuck with a call-center runaround.
