Services
A series of different locations create unique, spacious experiences, as the party moves through the expansive, lush estate. We've created beautifully curated and distinctive settings - no blank-canvas spaces that require lots of work. We're full service: our team offers help and insight and a well-organized event day, and we'll be with you every step of the way.
Our enthusiastic team offers excellent support throughout the process, including day-of coordination. Carts and drivers, prep rooms, all indoor and outdoor furniture, decor, lighting, audio equipment, comfy restrooms, AC and heating inside the carriage barn, are all included. Roxbury Barn and Estate is a pioneer and trendsetter in the recent revival of the Catskills.
Weekend: Minimum party size for a Saturday or Sunday is 80 adults, maximum size is 140 people (this is a hard number). A maximum eight-hour window of time is available for your celebration (to be planned between 3pm and midnight). Midweek: Minimum party size for a Monday or Thursday event is 50 adults, maximum size is 100 people.
Roxbury Barn and Estate is thrilled to partner with Ate O Ate as our exclusive caterer. Owned and operated by husband-wife duo Rich and Peg Ellsworth, Ate O Ate offers menus based on a seasonal selection of regionally sourced ingredients, prepared fresh on-site in their large food truck and in our in-house catering prep areas.
Our bartenders serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York. A range of specialty drinks with local flavor, often combining small-batch liquor from craft distilleries in our region. Old and New World wines. All poured at our gorgeous bar; the perfect melding of classic and contemporary.

I was looking to host my wedding here and contacted the venue. Owner, Casper didn’t seem interested in providing any information because my dates requested were not available and didn’t allow tents. However, if he took the time to read he would of noticed I marked my dates as flexible and could of provided me with options. I didn’t know if he add any indoor options in case it rained. I didn’t know my options because he would not provide them. I’m not sure why I was treated this way. Very strange, unprofessional and in welcoming

I just got married here yesterday and Chris and I felt the need to write this review right away. We are so thankful for the incredible staff at Roxbury Barn and Estate. Every single person that worked here from Ate O Ate Catering and their waitstaff, to Casper, Danyelle, all of the staff members made this day absolutely incredible. This venue is breathtaking and unique. We knew from the moment we laid our eyes on that forest and that view and that barn - that this was the one. Casper is an amazing, incredible and dedicated owner and takes such pride in his estate. When you book with this venue

Our wedding day at the Roxbury Barn was nothing short of amazing. The estate is breathtaking and well taken care of - constantly updated and groomed. Casper and Kim offered a ton of advice and were always available to help in every way possible. We received a list (nearly 50 pages long) of every bit of information needed to plan a wedding at the barn. This included vendor suggestions, lodging info, photographers/videographers, entertainment, rental places and more.
