We are a family-owned and -operated business dedicated to serving our community. We offer superior legal services for you or your aging loved ones in regards to estate planning, probate, and conservatorships. Our highly skilled staff remains up to date on all elder and probate laws and is ready to answer any questions you may have.

Because our loved ones are often in situations where health concerns prevent travel, Randy is available for appropriate house calls to homes, board and care, nursing facilities, and hospitals. The Rosa Law Offices, PC are owned and operated by Randy Rosa, with offices in Lodi, Sacramento, Modesto, Manteca, Stockton, and Tracy.
Services
If no will is made before your death, the state will determine who receives your property and who can raise your children. By creating a will, you are able to protect your family and your assets in an emergency. Don't let the state make decisions on your belongings. Contact us today to draft your will.
Rosa Law Offices, PC focuses on elder law, with an emphasis on estate planning, wills, and trusts. We also offer assistance with probate and conservatorships. A major part of our practice deals with Medi-Cal eligibility and long-term care. Randy is prepared to protect you and your family, and help resolve the issues you are facing.
When a person passes away, their assets and belongings typically pass through probate. Courts can add stress, confusion and complication in an already emotional time. While Rosa Law Offices, PC advocates planning today, we understand that dealing with probate can be taxing if a loved one has never established an estate plan.
Conservatorship Legal Advice in CaliforniaPLEASE NOTEThe Rosa Law Offices, PC assists clients regarding conservatorships only in Medi-Cal planning or Trust creation circumstances. When an elder is unable to care for their needs mentally or physically, a conservatorship may be established. With a conservatorship, a judge appoints a guardian to manage the financial affairs or the daily life of the elder.
Though a properly drafted and funded revocable trust will avoid the probate courts, California law still requires a formal trust administration process. A notice to the state and beneficiaries is a statutory requirement under many circumstances. Real property must be carefully handled to protect important beneficiary rights.

During the most stressful time in my life when I needed advice I found Mr. Rosa abrupt, not helpful and insulting. He inherited our business from Atty Mike Welch' office closure. Don't let his credentials fool you..you need a good person also to work with. I am taking my business elsewhere .
