If I could give this law firm negative stars, I would. The lawyer, Fred, here who was responsible with following up with me regarding my potential case never did. Julio claimed that he tried calling me but could not provide a date that he called me. It has been over a month and I have NOT get any response from the firm or the potential lawyer to handle our case. They closed the file without contacting me first. These people do not get back to you. DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE customer service. Beware. They will not get back to you and they lie. We dodged a bullet for sure with them. Trust me, look

During the worse and most stressful time of my life Tork Law was there for me. I've worked with this firm as an outside contractor for over 4 years and I have had a very positive experience. Their lead attorney, Reza, is always available to answer his cell and speak to new clients whenever they have questions regarding their case. They always pay their invoices ahead of time, which is not common with all LA based attorneys. I am from the South where we still appreciate integrity and a handshake while doing business. We may have to move to elbow bumps in the presence of Covid , but the integrity will never leave. Very honest and financially sound business. This will work

I was told that he would speak with an attorney and contact me back the same day.

To be quite honest my experience with them was just a bad one. I had 3 cases going on I thought I need help so I hired them against Walmart. They had all there assistance calling for an update. Yet, they never followed up on anything. In my case, we even had CCTV survillance footage, They call me a year into my case and said they had to drop it because Walmart wasn't negotiating. I said what about my CCTV footage? What footage? They didn't even know!!?? The one I told you about in the beginning? I had a negative experience with the receptionist. She was so rude to me and basically said there's nothing they could do for me.
This Law firm is associated with Ben Crump, after seeing all these advertisements who they referred me to was this law firm...not a good sign when compared to his TV commercials. I'm very disappointed.
Hopefully they will get contracted Law firms that are on the level that he represents.

It's not a law firm for everyone. If you want to be informed 24/7 about the process, keep looking. BUT if you want a great attorney who will do everything for you, this is the place! It took about 3 months from start to finish, but they got everything I was asking for! I was informed when I needed to be, and with a little push I got all the info I wanted to make the wait a little more bearable. Shea is absolutely the best! I was never once disappointed while working with her. She is fast, on her feet, does her job with care, she took my feelings into consideration, and I am so happy I came
