CROOKS! DO NOT USE THEM! We hired them to address moisture issues in our crawl space. They quoted a price to replay underlayment and some ducts. The person that came out to do the work told us the ducts were fine and didn't need replacing, so they only did the underlayment replacement. That meant they owed us a refund for the duct replacement. I called at least a dozen times and spoke with Brittany to get the refund. She assured me she would look at our account and call me right back each time I called, but NEVER called me back. So they kept $1000.00 for work that hadn't been

Comfort Specialists is my go-to HVAC services provider! I had them jnstall a new heat pump about 18 months ago. It developed an issue a few weeks ago that could not be resolved. So Cain explained to the manufacturer, and was able to convince the manufacturer to replace the unit, at no cost to me. Previously, Comfort Specialist installed a mini-split in my basement and I had them replace all of my duct works. Awesome company!!

These guys came to the house for a regular service call to do maintenance on system. They then told me I needed a new unit and it would be so much. When asked what was wrong with my unit they proceeded to show me pictures of what all was wrong, clogged drain, corroded contacts, faulty fan motor, rusted through coil. Ultimately they lied about the whole thing and that the pictures they showed me wasnt of my system. Please be cautious using these guys services. I'm sure they will say I'm not even a customer because I never actually hired them luckily I discovered the truth before.

The Comfort Specialists Heating/Air service techs arrived within the time frame specified and notified 30 mins prior to arrival. They did a complete review of all three units and performed required maintenance. Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I was surprised that the technicians arrived within 90 minutes of my call! It took them only a few minutes to find the refrigerant level was low. I found the cost for my service was very reasonable. And my AC is now running cool and cycling normally.
