The staff truly wants to understand your medical background and personal experience/story to help come up with a solution for your thyroid issues. They always take a great deal of interest in my medical history and who I was as an individual instead of just treating me like another patient with a thyroid problem. Their appointment scheduling is extremely flexible which works with my schedule and am very happy with my thyroid hormone replacement.

On the 20th of December I called Ideal medical clinic at 9:30 am where MA Robert Fuentes works. He is a lying fake person who has a staff that do not show any respect for their sick patients. I am in need of a professional Doctor like Dr. Robles to treat my pain. My biggest issue with that clinic is that they lie behind Dr. Robles saying that he will not treat his patients and that is a lie. That clinic will ask for me to pay them and then I get told that they won't attend me. The whole staff working there kept lying to me and kept doing things behind the Dr. Robles back, some which seemed

I love this place. The staff are really friendly and professional. Everything looks really clean and organized and I couldn’t be more happier with the results of my treatment. I love this place! All the staff is sweet and very encouraging to helping you achieve your goal. I recommend them to everyone if you’re looking to get back on track and get your weight where you want it. They are following social distancing for our security. They clinic is so neat. And clean after every patient. What I love is that you can do walk-in with no problem and they will welcome you and make you feel like at home. Their business hours are perfect for my work schedule. I highly recommend this clinic. Is really perfect for me, to check it out.

Ideal medical clinic is really clean and has nice open spaces. You will never feel like you’re trapped in a little waiting area (or room).
It’s extremely convenient if you require most tests and, did I mention it’s super clean?
They have a lab to take a blood sample and perform a couple of axillary services (correct me if I am wrong) they can likely do here so you won’t be sent somewhere else for another time consuming appointment which is a huge win. Staff moves quickly but efficiently to make sure you don’t sit around waiting for hours. Every time I have gone here, it has been easy
