The Median Income for State of Wisconsin is based on family size: annual income for size of family must be under $47.804 for 1, $63,130 for 2, $73,230 for 3, $88,133 for 5, $104,933 for 6, $113,333 for 7.If over the median income you may be forced to enter a Chapter 13 payment plan on your debts. The court won't take your assets (things you own) if the value of each asset is less than the allowed exemption for that asset.

I highly recommend Attorney Jokela. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, communicates quickly and has answers to questions right away. I could not have been happier with the outcome of my case and could not have done it without his help.
