Super friendly and efficient staff. I want to give a shout out and kudos to Nathan, Julian, Shawn and Ace who were working on Saturday and got us set up with a monthly wash program. Great personalities!
The wash and vacuum left our car shiny again. I saw lots of newer expensive cars going through the wash so that made us feel confident that our cars will be safe too.

Got my car washed today $9.00 vs $7.00 last year . Come on a 30% increase. Soap and water didn't go up 30% and I doubt they gave the employees a 30% raise. Just a corporation taking advantage of the inflation talk. Nothing but greed. There are other options, look around. Will post on next door river place, 2.000 homes or more. New car wash opened this year on sr 70, look around. Shameful.

My suggestion is carefully examine your vehicle before you take it to any of these and always take photos. I noticed severe scratches ALL over my truck after using this place, I didn't come to realize that it could be their machine until I saw other reviews claiming the same thing. Their vaccums were also bent and some of the canopies need to be fixed. Also this location was shut down for a whole week right when I began membership, which was so inconvenient!!!! The tire shine station isnt as great as their location on 64, it doesn't leave the tires as shiny or clean as their other location. Overall

Doesn't answer the phone, overpriced, doesn't offer tire shine except for highest paid teir, bad quality vacuums don't have good suction most of the time, "bug prep" station is a joke, only 2 spots and completely useless. Who knows how old and dirty that water is too. The wash itself also is not the best.

I enjoyed my membership for $18 a month including tax then I looked at my bank statement this month and it was $21.50 they did not notify me or anything they just raise the price. I signed a membership for $18 not for $21 they must ask or notify. Why wasn't I grandfathered in have they never heard of the word grandfathered in. Adjustments can be made in the wash area to where they were narrower or wider depending on the vehicle they must've adjusted them because it ripped off my front license plate from my Toyota 4Runner. I’ve been a member for a few months there’s then a price increase and without notice they raise my price I was grandfathered into $18 a month it went up five dollars and they didn’t notify me. The other day I went through there and the brushes were adjusted to come in closer to the cars and it ripped my front license plate off my Toyota. I called today to question the membership price no manager working? Should call back tomorrow. I may cancel my membership you can’t raise prices without notifying customers that are on a contract.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place is worse than a gas station touch free wash. Won't even take light dirt off. I have been through this place multiple times because it is close to the house. And I tried their monthly membership for a few months till I found out that it doesn't actually clean my vehicle. Management couldn't care less. Showed them the dirt still remaining on my car several times and their response was to "wash your car at home before coming here if you want it clean". I just went your car wash and got the works package. I went through in a minute. My tires didn't have shine. I said I didn't get the works package. He said yeah, you did. I said my tires are not even shined. He said yeah they are. Then he goes to the other side and nope they're not on this side. He said keep in mind you used a free coupon. It was my welcome to Lakewood Ranch coupon, since I bought property here. Great job! I used to have a little car detail shop was a teen so I know a little about Black Magic, Megiures and so on.

I've been to this location more than i can count, because i really do like their automatic services. However, I've had a young girl as a cashier more than a handful of times and every time i go she rolls her eyes continuously and makes it seem as if it's a chore for her to do her job. I do not like the way she treats me as a customer at all. Especially because i go there pleasantly, just say which wash i want, and give my payment. The staff definitely needs to be educated on professionalism and customer service.

I use this place on a somewhat regular basis. During love bug season I thought it was great that they gave you a big bottle of solution to use to pre--wash the car. After several times of going there, the management told me I had to buy either a $14 or $17 dollar car wash in order to get this bottle. She refused give it to me for anything less. She blamed her workers for giving it out "for free." I think it is very poor customer service to offer it for free and then start charging to take advantage of customers.

I am on a monthly membership plan. I therefore use the wash on a regular basis. This car wash recently closed for repairs. Upon reopening it was obvious that the rate of soap dispensed had been dialed way back - surely less than half of what was being applied before the closure. I have new cars. Thanks hdirt that is now left on the paint while the brushes grind it in is a problem. Best to only bring older vehicles in that need a simple dirt knock down. Too bad. It was a nice option prior to the changes.

Canceled membership due to very poor customer service by managemt! I have had two serious incidents while in the car wash, witnessed and reported immediately. Management refused to call me or follow up each time. Won't risk my vehicle in there again for a mediocre wash at best. I won't sacrifice good service for convenience! There are plenty of other car washes in the near vacinity that care about their customers.

I've used the car wash numerous times and have been pleased HOWEVER today I used the vacuums. The first one I tried was so pathetic I thought it was broken so I moved my car to another. It was just as pathetic. My household vacuums would do a better job. I'll use my husband's awesome shop vac from now on. OMG their vacuums are unbelievably PATHETIC ...no suction WHATSOEVER!!!! Ran through 4 cycles of vacuuming and still left with a dirty car!! So so so so so disappointed

I don't understand the negative reviews, especially the parts about "my car came out of wash dirty..." My experience over last couple years has been only positive: car entering the wash dirty comes out very much clean. And that's the bottom line. The rest is up to you, like wiping it and clean junk inside with free vacuum.

Hands down the best "drive-thru" car wash you will find. New facilities with ultra-modern equipment are difficult if not impossible to find. Most are still running outdated, functionally obsolete machinery from the 1970s that scrape rims, scratch paint and have spin rates so fast they are essentially buffing the finish off your vehicle. Great prices - 1/3 what you will pay for full service washes using poor equipment. State-of-the-art all around. Will not disappoint!

$15 for 'the works'
$12 for the middle level
$9 for the basic.
Extremely short and does not remove much debris. The staff was not friendly at all either the lady at the window was more concerned about the text she was writing than the customer in front of her. The kid directing my car into the wash was just that-a kid. He directed me to drive improperly onto the track.
Bottom line:steer clear. Go to the sunset clear car wash on 64 and have the inside AND outside done for $22!
