Their service offering is excellent, and they're very efficient at what they're doing. Been at it for quite a long time. One of the best places to go for a full-service car wash. Consistency varies a little by who finishes your car. Definitely looking for tips both inside and outside the car wash, so beware. Overall very good service and handy to have close by.

Absolutely the best!!! Doug (the manager) was so helpful. I wasn't happy with my service and without question, he fixed the problem exceeding above expectation!! I had my van's interior and exterior cleaned and shined inside. I have 3 very messy kids so my van was a wreck. I've had it detailed her in the past but that isn't in the budget right now. Their detailing is pristine I drove my van away as if I bought out from the lot all over again. They have many people working in the vehicles so it doesn't even take all that long!! I can't wait to get back and get my van

Very unpleasant experience. Which is unfortunate as I always had a great experience at Johnny's before today. I am not too sure if these guys are short handed or over capacity in car volume - maybe BOTH. The 2 Spanish speaking staff members wasn't a big deal but certainly a barrier for communication. The front cashier snapped at me hardcore when I tried to tell her the Spanish speaking staff member that drove my car up didn't give me a ticket, nor did the manager walking the line. She said "Oh he most definitely does speak English perfectly". I was stunned at her defense/argument before she even

We stopped by here after Hurricane Elsa coated our car with sea spray. Although we only purchased the basic wash, we were very pleased with the results. The team seemed to take care to vacuum the interior well, and to dry every inch of the exterior. The microfiber cleaned up the inside of the windows. We ended up leaving in a car that looked as though it had just come off the showroom floor. I highly recommend them.

Mary Anne was extremely rude and insisted my car was unable to be cleaned. She kept changing the price and wasn't consistent. At a car wash they are suppose to wash the cars... so why did Mary Anne express that my car had to be cleaned before they could clean it? After I got my car "vacuumed" and detailed I still had to go home and clean my car. This was suppose to take 25 mins and took 40mins instead. Although my Ford Escape is nothing fancy, it my main transportation. Unfortunately I will never be coming back to this place. Mary Anne ruined my experience at Johnny's car wash.

On Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in the middle of drying my car, the employee drying my car gets in my Lexus and decides to go for a joy ride on the highway and then came back and parked in the same spot and continued to dry and clean the inside of the car. When I brought this to a manager's attention, they spoke to him and he said that he waved me down because the car was done (which it wasn't) and that is what they do when they can't find the person??? Just brought my car down from Upstate NY. It was filthy. Went to Johnny's based a recommendation of a local. Boy, what a great recommendation! My car never looked this shiny! The windows are spotless and the interior is pristine. They did a great job on the custom front floor mats too. Car looks better than new. I will be a regular at this Car Wash. They are most professional.

Bought a brand new Kia Lx K5 and had it cleaned for the first time today. My car was returned with complete scratches in which I was trying to avoid and subs weren't wiped down completely. I understand the service advertised I am just very disappointed with the outcome and my new cars damage. If looking for similar services and concerned about paint I do NOT recommend this place.

I truly believe the people leaving low and negative reviews don't realize it states "express detailing" in their name. From there, one should be able to deduce you're not going to have a high class, meticulous detail of your vehicle. It's also $23. Come one folks! This is a car wash with a very decent vacuum and wipe down service. Quick and convenient. Overall, I'm pleased because I didn't expect magic, but got exactly what I needed.

Anyone who lives in Sarasota knows that this is the best car wash in town. I take both of my vehicles here to be washed and waxed. The staff does an amazing job and management is very attentive to any issues that customers have. I can only speculate that the bad reviews on this business are from people who didn't ask management to correct a mistake. My truck is now 11 years old and my Jeep Wrangler is 10 years old. Thanks to Johnny's, they both look beautiful on the inside and the outside.

Can't say I'm impressed. After reading the poor reviews about the lack of attention to detail to interior cleaning, I decided to pass and only have the exterior washed. "Decent" I guess would be the word I'd use. It was cleaner than when I brought it in. However, as the attached pictures show, the bottoms of the quarter panels were completely ignored. I sat outside and watched as the gentleman dried my SUV right in front of me and continuously kept skipping over them. It was as if "Hey, you didn't pay for this, so I'm not touching it". For 40 something dollars it's not just bad or disappointing! It's worse than that. Thought I would surprise my husband and get his car a nice treat. I chose the premium wash (even that I only needed to wash the car in the inside) and u can see yourself how "good" it was, I showed all the sand on seats, between, that even the doors and handles were not clean well they say they would fix it and brought it back in 6 minutes with not really a lot changed
