Our leasing office doors are currently closed. Which unfortunately, means we currently cannot conduct in person tours. We have been leasing our apartment homes with a contactless experience and will continue to do so until further notice. Below you will find video walk throughs of current available units or an example of what the interior floorplan looks like.
Pines Apartment Home is currently offering Self-Guided Tours or Virtual tours only. All appointments require a "Self-Guided Tour Participation Agreement" form to be electronically signed before being able to view an apartment home. Lived here for about 2.5 years, in two separate units, and I somewhat enjoyed my time here. Depending on where your unit is located, you will hear kids running around and screaming. They will constantly run up the stairs just for fun and be extremely loud and bothersome. Walls and floor/ceiling are all thin so you could hear every little beat or conversation. Management and the maintenance team were great. Be careful with the $150 permit charge at the end of the lease. Money grab just to take more of your deposit if you don't return it. I never had my parking permit on and they never ticketed or

I truly enjoyed my time living at the apartments here. The apartment layout is really spacious and the interior of the apartment was great. I had plenty of room for for all my stuff and more really. the kitchen has a lot of cabinet storage space. The grounds were always kept clean and The landscaping was always maintained. The apartments were so close to so many things and that's definitely a huge plus. Like all the stores you really need are right there! The food too! Omg I loved having so many places to eat with just a short walk too. The staff, Janet & Beatriz were always so kind and helpful

Management has installed more security cameras in the parking area. Hopefully this helps in reducing the theft incidents. (No theft happened for a while now which is great)

Be ready for obscenely incredibly LOUD noisy neighbors at all hours of the day and night, it's draining and exhausting

I lived here for 2 years and I really like the community and services here. All of our maintenance problems were solved within 24 hours. The leasing agents all were very nice and helpful throughout the process. The place is also very close to the campus, grocery stores and ATMs. Highly recommend for new applicants

Lived here for a very very long time and the apartments have gone down each year, they keep hiking up rent with each year and the management is never the same. Over the past 9 years they have cut down all the lush trees that were here, had an abundance of pipe problems, water being shut off a few times a month. They have a few managers who are not friendly at all. One of the managers is Tow happy and has towed so many people's cars before the complex even opens. The crimes gone up. Had our vehicles broken into a few different times. We are looking into a better place to live at this point.
