I appreciate the sensitivity involved in asking for professional help, and I work to create a non-clinical space that provides a safe, confidential and welcoming atmosphere that clients enjoy visiting. I view therapy as a collaborative process, with the therapist and client working together to increase self-understanding and learn new ways of coping with feelings in order to lead a happier life.
We enjoyed the personal attention received at Envision Counseling. From the initial phone call we spoke with Paula, appointments were always a minimum of one hour and we left feeling hopeful that change was taking place for our child. Paula is amazing as it was a totally positive experience! I found myself discussing things with a strong comfort level at our first session.
