I began working with Real Property Management as a property owner leaving a very bad management relationship. At first, I was a little disappointed in the management transfer process (it took place during the holidays but I felt as though it could have been handled more smoothly and quickly), however, working with their team, and Kari especially has been good so far. All of our interactions have been great, and she's really been on top of things, providing the support to get things handled as needs arise. I was very pleased how my maintenance issue was handled. My hotwater heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. The service rep worked dilligently to locate a new water heater and have it installed. I had hotwater by the end of the evening. They were friendly and understanding and responded quickly to my after hours emergency call.

The staff at Real Property Management Charlotte Metro have been wonderful to work with. Kari Simon, Operations Manager, provided excellent service and communication in getting our home listed. Then Lauren Hennessy provided weekly communications regarding showings, feedback, etc, until the property was under contract. Lauren is GREAT to work with and provides timely updates and feedback when I call or email. Moreover, she was able to get two professional tenants in rather quickly. I highly recommend this company if you need a property management company...you won't be sorry!

Real Property Management Charlotte manages my property in the Charlotte area, and it has been a very good experience so far. Kari and team have been amazing from day 1 starting from onboarding me as a first time investor to helping me with finding & negotiating with local contractor and then finally finding a good tenant in the area. I really like the professionalism with which the entire team operates and this seems to work well for both the property owner as well as the tenant. We started working with Real Property Management Charlotte Metro in February 2021. They were able to find a tenant within two days of listing our property for rent! At first, we were really impressed with our property manager, but after she congratulated us on finding a tenant, basically all communication stopped. We found ourselves having to reach out and remind her about sending us paperwork, she quit giving us updates about the status of our contract, etc. We were already starting to look into finding a new company to work with for when the lease ended in 2022, until we had a maintenance request
