Receptionists here hardly pick up the phone and when they do they’re no help whatsoever,I’ve been calling for the past 4 days to see when I have my surgery scheduled and all they tell me is that they’ll take down my info and that they’ll give me a call back,I’ve been waiting since last Friday for a “call back”..hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had a place that’s supposed to be professional with what they do.

I was scheduled for surgery and told to arrive at 1pm to check in. I arrived at 12:40 and told them my name and said I had an appointment for surgery. The receptionist told me to go back to the 1st floor and wait for a nurse to come for me. I waited over an hour. No nurse. No info. No food or water since 7pm the night before. Turns out the doctor wasn't even in the building! At least 2 other surgeries ahead of me. No one told me this until I went back upstairs to ask how long I had to wait to give them a urine sample?! I was holding it for almost 2 hours now! They said if I was lucky, I would be

Be prepared to wait well over an hour. This place books MULTIPLE patients for the same doctor, for the same time. The doctor was 1.5 hours behind schedule and I showed up 30 minutes early. He clearly doesn't value his patient's time and is more interested in billing as many insurance companies that he can in a day. He spent no more than 5 minutes with me to confirm what the urgent care facility said (finger is broken). You are better off just going to the urgent care facility.

Waited an hour and a half for Sophie to tell me there was no way she could get me the orthopedic shoe that the doctor recommended and that I would have to find one on my own. Not even have one mailed to me. She told me to go to Walgreens.
Follow up: Walgreens sells no orthopedic shoes in any of their stores nationwide. CVS does not sell any orthopedic shoes period. Walmart does not sell orthopedic shoes at any of their locations within 50 miles of Chicago. Please be informed when you tell your patients they need to go buy something.

Although the staff was kind and they were prompt to get me into the office the same day I was requesting an appointment the prompt care ended there. It seems as if Illinois Orthopedic Network is trying to get as many patients into the door as possibly and follow up care is terrible. My initial exam was around a broken knee cap the doctor did not review the actual MRI and just ordered more X-rays. She also never examined my knee or even looked at it. I called for a week without any follow up to my questions or phone calls being answered/returned. After a week of attempting to get in touch with them
