Don’t waste your time on this company. Got a quote and followed up 5times, every time they just said we will call you back and never they did. I am seeking somewhere else.

Kudos to Austin-came to the house during the time-frame that was given. Checked out the problem-found it-fixed it-gave idea on how to maintain the window!!

Horrible follow through. A person came out to assess our needs, promised a quote but never delivered. I called a few weeks later and was promised a quote…still no quote. I’m ok if they don’t want my business, but at least communicate it. That’s just common respect. I’m looking elsewhere.

I don't know what is going on with this company. At one time they were very reliable with good quality service. Recently I requested a quote for replacing three glass panes. The person never showed up. I called and he gave a lame excuse. I called several weeks later as I still had note received a quote. Tim said it would be done the following day. That was over a week ago. Very sad to see a company that has been in this area for so long with a good reputation become a company that has fallen to this.

Very responsive and detail oriented. I order all my glass there and get fair pricing and great service every time!

Tim scheduled estimate appointment 6.14.19 for an estimate came 6.27.19.
I couldn't figure out which bathrooms (2) Tim was estimating + 2nd estimate for seamless shower door was not included. I have left many emails & phone messages, which to date, I have not heard back from Tim. I found another glass company that came out within 3 days, prompt estimate and completed within 2 weeks, slightly higher, but easy to communicate & excellent work. My neighbor also used my guys and will be starting her job next week.
As another review stated, I also found it "weird" they only take

Couldn't find better rates anywhere. Especially when it comes to custom fits. I was amazed at how little they charged for the extra large sliding door glass when the lawn mower threw a rock and shattered both panes. Quality glass too. Much thicker than the original glass.

Same as others. Company goes totally dark, no communication or follow up. After miscommunicating an initial appointment time, and two appointments later... I called about 4 times to get an estimate and was promised call backs and ultimately an estimate which never came. This was also for a huge job... probably would have been at least a $5k order... I don't get it.

Now I'm back to trying to find a glass company that actually wants my business.

Great company, awesome installers.probably the best in the world. Knowledgable, effient, quick and very professional installers. Probably not paid enough for all their hard work. Thank you.

Don't use this company! The owner came out to review the work in order to provide a quote. He said the quote would be emailed in a week. It's been two weeks. I've called several time and email the owner directly, and still haven't received a quote or even a response. They also don't have a general VM to leave a message after hours. I'm glad I've experienced how this company embodies customer service, so I don't do business with them!

Issaquah Glass' professionalism ends on the phone. I had Tim in our home on Dec. 14 to quote two different shower door projects. The tiling is complete and are reading and wanting to make the purchase. He measured and told me that I would have a quote by the following day and they are usually about 2 weeks out for completion. 1 week later I phoned to inquire about the bid I did not receive. I spoke with Tim and heard that he was sick, really busy, very apologetic....on January 3 still no quote!! I phoned again, with an open mind because it was over the holiday. I spoke to someone who

Like others before me have commented, IG sent someone out to take measurements with the promise they'd get right back to me with a quote. Weeks went by and no one has ever returned my calls. Issaquah Glass went totally dark on me. I'd recommend avoiding these guys!

I am baffled by the lack of response from the company. They sent someone out to give me an in-home consultation 2 weeks ago, did all the measurements and promised that they will send me a quote in a couple days. So when I didn't hear anything for a week, I called to ask about it. The lady who received my phone call said she would note it down and it'll take another couple of days. So I waited. After no contact from them for a few more days, I called again. The lady apologized and said that she'll ask Tim (whom I believe is the owner?) to send me a quote by the end of the day or call

I have had some work done by another glazier, but the costs in the area are going up just like everything else.

I dealt with Issaquah Glass over the internet. Everything seems great so far. Description of product and services, ordering and pickup tomorrow. Tim made a few suggestion about the thickness of materials I would need and why, and also so safety issues. I would use Issaquah Glass again.

Had an estimator come out over three weeks ago to give me a price on replacing two windows on a new home for clear panels. He said it would take a day or two to get back to me with a formal bid. After one week I called to speak to him and was put on hold by receptionist for a few minutes and told he'll get back to me when he has time. That was over three weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. Terrible follow through by the business and a waste of my time to take off of work for an hour to meet him.
