Franchesco Donovan Fickey Martinez is an Immigration Attorney and owner of his own immigration law firm. In 2015, Franchesco opened his own practice, calling it Fickey Martinez Law Firm, P.L.L.C. Biography: I was born in Cebu, Philippines. I arrived in the United States as a J-Visa Holder in 2012.

Biography: As a Navy Veteran who worked at the largest Naval Courthouse in the country, I've realized my passion in the legal profession nearly a decade ago.
I am a longtime North Carolina Native, but originally was born in Mexico. I grew up on a small island off the coast of North Carolina, in the Outer Banks. If you haven't visited the Outer Banks yet, it is definitely a great place to visit/vacation. I have grown up/grown into/lived in the Immigration system since a young age, which has created a strong passion for the immigration legal field.
Attorney Chien, commonly known as Polly, was born, grew up, and attended college in Taiwan. She first came to the U.S. as an international student and later immigrated through an employment-based permanent residence petition. Polly has lived and worked in Denver CO, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh PA and Greenville NC and developed connections across the U.S.

This is probably the best law firm in Jacksonville N.C. he knows exactly what he's doing. My mom was able to be a United States citizen in less that 1 year. Everyone at the office are very sweet. Husband and I are very grateful with this law firm. he really knows what he's doing. I was able to get my G. card in less then 3 months. the staff are also great. they'll always greet you with a big smile. Jennifer one of the assistant, is always kind and polite on the phone, and they'll contact you (phone,email,portal) for any update about your status. I recommend this 100%

My mom finally got her Tourist Visa for a 10 year Multiple Entry with no HASSLE. The processing only took for 2months..They keep you posted about everything, support and guide us about the paperworks , and even spare a time to have a mock interview with some of the possible questions as a preparation for the final interview.My mom was very confident because of them.. they are truly a Blessing and an Instrument to have my mom be able to experience America in time to celebrate Christmas and New Year 2018 with us!!!We would Highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs Immigration and Visa services

I have made a phone call November 15 of 2017 2:50 PM. I only have a simple question which was whether or not I should file bankruptcy with my wife do that my bad credit and I was told that I had to pay $100 to have that question answered. Mr. Martinez is a blessing! In a word full of judgmental people towards those that marry outside of our culture, he truly understands and is there for his clients, as if they were family in need.
