Mr. Oswalt is amazing he helped me so much he literally I came in crying and I was so upset and worried and freaking out and he was able to calm me down and make me feel so much better when I left his office I felt like a ton of bricks of weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I feel like he's really there for you whether you are a paying client or he is assigned to you by the courts which he was for me and he's so helpful and he is really great he has a lot of experience and I just think he's an amazing attorney! I absolutely love him! And I am so thankful that I got him as my court appointed

The reviews saying Mr. Oswalt just takes your money and does little to nothing is absolutely correct. I went to Mr. Oswalt because I was referred to him due to the fact that he does free consultations. This ruse is basically him giving you false hope that he is actually going to do something worth while for you but that’s just to hook you in. Once a “client” Mr. Oswalt does the bare minimum, if that. He does not keep you updated or informed, he doesn’t listen to any of your input, and if you’re in a divorce or custody battle in which you want certain evidence or facts presented, well

I met with Mr Oswalt to discuss some issues I was having with an RV dealer. He spent a good hour and a half going over the details of my case and thoroughly researched my options, gave me sound advice, and didn't charge a dime. It's great to see there are still some attorneys who give free initial consultations, and are there to help. I highly recommend him.
