I had called multiple places to see if they took my insurance all places said no and have a good day. When I called full circle orthopedics they did say that they did not take my health insurance but they gave me two numbers of places that they thought did take my health insurance. I appreciate how nice it was of them to do so and so should the other orthopedic offices they referred me to.

Unprofessional and miserable. I made 2 appointments (I have the appt reminder cards) that the office said I never made. My MRI was delayed by a week because staff member KAT, failed to call my insurance company for authorization, subsequently lying about it. 2 weeks later, I'm no further than I was when I first injured myself.
