We bought our Lance 2375 from Kramers. The salesperson, Malcolm, did a great job walking us through the experience of understanding what travel trailer is best for us.
This is family owned store that appreciates the value of a customer and provides personal attention and is timely in responding.
Would definitely recommend considering Kramers Kampers if looking for a travel trailer.

This one is a hard one but I'm sorry, I just didn't get the greatest vibe from this place. I guess I just expected more from an RV dealer but it just lacked enthusiasm and drive... I mean come on!! its one of the biggest purchase a family will make and we were greeted by stale and grumpy employees that acted like they had to be there instead of wanting to be there... I think I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. thats just my experience, yours may be different.

Went from Lakeland Florida to Zion, Illinois to purchase our 2020 Salem Hemisphere. Traveled 2400 miles R/T and what a wonderful experience, Malcolm was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would purchase from them again, highly recommend them. The office personnel was very nice and friendly as well.

Kramer's Steals Deposits!!!
We placed a 100% refundable deposit (or so Malcolm said) at the camper show in Feb with Kramer's. The deposit was to hold show pricing on a travel trailer until the end of May. On April 3rd, and I emailed to inform them that we had bought another trailer elsewhere and wanted our deposit back. An unsigned email comes back saying:
"I congratulate you on your new camper purchase.
However, on the refund for the deposit, it is past the 30 day refundable deposit time.
You will have a credit in our store until the end of the year."
Ummmm, that's not 100% refundable deposit
